Love these “licky” mats for my cats. Easy enough for them to lick it out but just difficult enough that it slows down my excited foodie cat from gobbling and stealing his brothers food! Like it much better than the other brands I’ve tried.

I use this for my cat I suppose it would be suitable for a Xs or small dog as well. My cat has had digestive issues and using a lick Matt helped him a lot!

Neither cat really likes these lick plates. Their food gets stuck in the grooves (I know, that's the point; they need to work for it, but they cannot get the food out). This is so wasteful of food, money, and then they are hungry afterwards. Try other brands; I did and my cats LOVE to lick their plates now!

Got this for my food-greedy boy to keep him occupied while I feed his special needs brother. It works perfectly. Keeps him occupied in another room for a few minutes. It’s super easy to clean with a soapy brush, and the grooves are just the right size to keep his pâté in there well enough that he has to work for it, but not so tight that he can’t eventually get it all. I wish I’d thought to buy one years ago.

This product definitely slowed down my cats from inhaling their food in 2 seconds. We still use it for one of our cats. It is made of silicone so our other cat managed to destroy his. If you have a t-rex for a cat, I would hesitate to recommend since it won't last you very long. But if they are a normal cat, would highly recommend. We have since switched our little t-rex over to a feeding ball.
