I got these socks as a gift for a friend who works outside in the winter. They seemed sturdy and thick, and he mentioned they've been really helpful in keeping his feet warm and comfortable. A solid choice for anyone needing durable socks for cold weather.

Amazing for the cold weather. Not too thick but extremely comfortable. Great value for the money spent. My fiancée has raved about them since I got them for him, he highly recommends them and wants more. They do seem to have moisture retention as well which is nice for helping his body temp adjust to the inside/outside jobs. He doesn’t get sweaty feet while inside and then having to run outside on the same job his feet are not freezing in this winter weather due to being wet and sweaty in his work boots.

These are the best wool socks I have purchased in years, or maybe ever!! They are soft and not scratchy. They are perfectly warm, not too thick, not bulky and they stay up. I have worn these with cowboy boots, work boots, and tennis shoes and they are comfortable in all three. They are perfectly warm without overheating my feet while working in the barn. I would order these over and over again. They are the new 'go-to' wool sock for my daughter and myself!! 10 out of 10!!

Fit asbolutely great, super warm (been using this very cold winter here in the NY), washes well, shrinkage after was is there but it stretches almost back (if you put in dryer, which I guess you are not supposed to do) or its fine if manually dry. Very comfortable, soft material but the warmth is excellent.

I recently moved from the land of Humidity and the only seasons we have is what we put on our food, to the land that lacks food seasoning but has full blasted winter and my feet were freezing! Went on one snow adventure with my children and seriously thought my toes got frostbit. Now I wear these bad boys all the time and my feet are so happy. They are thick and warm but still allow me to wear my favorite boots. The fit is perfect and they do and look exactly as described.

My husband bought these to wear in 12 degree weather and not one toe was left behind due to frost bite. Only one pair needed at a time, the color is practical, the sizing was on par. Super soft and comfortable to wear in regular shoes, not too bulky. Kept them toes warm, dry, and pink!

No complaints, they keep me warm,good fit and they are supportive. I purpously looked for mens socks because womens socks are usually too tight and tend to cut my circulation. I love the brand, the color (black and grey) a good amount of stretch but not too tight.They are very warm,it came as a set of 3, they recomend putting in the dryer to puff up, but will cause about an inch in shrinkage, i chose not to do this, they are great right out of the box. i can wear them with comfort in my sneakers or boots. Will buy again.

I use these socks for cold weather cycling. I figured I couldnt' go wrong with the price but these are a very pleasant surprise - soft, warm comfortable - who could ask for anything more! IT was odd getting them in a flat box, and at first I thought they might be too large. But I followed their instructions to run them in the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes, and sure enough, they shrunk a bit and 'fluffed" out. I wear an 11.5 shoe but I bought XL since socks in "my" size are a little harder for me to put on. They fit perfectly and go over my heel easily.Edited to add - I liked these so much I ordered them again, only with M-L. A lot of things I get off Amazon seem to be sized a bit smaller, but these are sized to fit. Both sets are comfortable and warm, but you should be okay following the size guideTruth be told, these deserve a 5 star rating, but from my past experience, a lot of 5 star ratings are bogus, and a lot of 1 star ratings are rants about something not related to the product. So I look for reviews from 2 to 4 stars. This is a great deal and I'm thinking of ordering more.

Socks keeps my feet warm but yet to test in sub zero temperature. Elastic grippers keep socks up and they are odor-free. Texture a bit rough (it is wool after all) and too thick for my sneakers. Wish they were thinner!
