I spent weeks reading reviews and settled on these chairs. They have been perfect. Easy to open and close. They stay upright. We only need one battery pack and it has lasted over 7 hours. The buckle on one broke but a small price to pay for the heated seats!

I got this product a year ago and have used the heat option 3 times, put it away for summer and now the heat cycles through 3 colors and turns off. I tried different battery packs-nothing. It just doesnβt stay on anymore. Such a waste of money.

This chair is very confortable and gets very warm. There are some issues, but after some testing I think it was an user/battery pack issue. This is my second chair. I sent the first one back because it was working then stopped. When you plugged in the cord to a battery pack it would go through the red/green/blue colors and the button would not be illuminated when pressed. It worked a few times then stopped so I got a replacement. I was using the new chair today and the same thing started happening. After a bit to testing this is what I found. The issue is the battery pack shuts off after the red/green/blue LED flash on the chair. I think the chair draws a lot of in-rush current so when you plug it in it is causing the battery pack to turn off to protect itself. Then you have to trigger the pack to turn back on either with the button on the pack or by changing the USB port. Depending on your battery pack. When you do change ports you will see the same red/green/blue LED flash on the chair. After it completes it cycle press and hold the button gently for 3 seconds and the Red led should appear. If not, change ports on the battery pack again or press the button on the battery pack. Once the chair starts the battery pack seems to get out of the protection mode.

Very disappointed in this product. The picture online misrepresents the product. The picture indicates that the chair has armrests. There are no armrests on the chair I received. The pocket on the side is upside down and in no way will hold anything.

The chair come in fast and just as described. Easy to use and comfortable. The chair is roomy and the option of using the arm rest give you even more room if needed. Love mine, I bought two for going to football games on Fridays to watch my little girl who is in the band because the bleachers were causing my back to hurt. Great buy and would definitely recommend and buy again.
