I've tried what seems like everything over the past ~18 months trying to get some tailbone relief: cushions, pillows, gym trainer, physical therapy, chiropractor, etc. I can't even sit on my couch comfortably. I'm going on a international flight in the coming months and I needed something. This popped up and I thought I'd give it a shot. This is seriously the best ever!It arrived on Friday. I blew it all the way up and tried it out. ...and then I didn't have to move off the couch for HOURS! You have no idea how long it's been since I didn't move within 20 minutes because of the pain. So what would any logical person do? Try the same thing allllll day on Saturday and alllll day on Sunday, of course! It lost a very small amount of air only (I never refilled) and it's still in perfect condition with no pain!I'm not joking! Seriously the best! This will make my long flight so much better.

Used this driving cross country. It held up well. I had to inflate a few times, but that took maybe 5 seconds! Would recommend this inflatable pillow.

I originally got this to support my tailbone pain on long plane flights, which seemed to be the best solution compared to two other cushions I've tried. Build quality seemed solid, rugged, with the benefit of it being very transportable.I've since been using it for my office chair and this evening noticed it has started to leak. I don't over inflate the cushion, I don't have anything sharp in my pockets, and I don't do anything weird like bouncing on my cushion that would stress it. So not sure why this is failing now, but would just caution anyone looking for a long term solution that this might not be it. Save it for sporadic uses like air travel and treat this thing gently.

I used this to travel overseas on an airplane. It was compact and able to place in personal item and then inflate while on plane. It stayed in place on seat. It helped ease some of my sciatic, hip, low back pain. Would recommend.

Fully inflated, it's too firm. WAY too firm. When you reduce the air a little or a lot, it's like sitting on a waterbed. It's comfortable when you're perfectly still, but if you shift your weight at all, you wobble side to side. Since this type of cushion is used primarily by folks with sciatica or other back issues, the design fails in its basic function.I really, really hoped this would work for me. I don't want to take a big, heavy memory foam cusion when I fly 6-8 times a year. Unfortunately, when I use this, my back hurts worse within about 15 min. I've purchased at least 5 different cushions and my favorite is the ComfiLife memory foam cushion. To improve this product, they should make this have at least 2 air chambers with a mechanism to maintain the balance of air.

Easy to inflate it "enough" (3 to 4 puffs), easy to deflate, does what I need, seems fairly durable. I was concerned about stability while on an airplane but it wasn't an issue. Thick enough with only partial inflation, very compact when deflated. Good value.

Really odd sensation. Like sitting on a water balloon. Very unsteady.
