I buy this style boot every 3-4 months. That's all they last me doest matter if they were $30 or $100 thats they last.Cons for me are the tongue isn't stitched all the way to the top of the boot especially with a zipper I assumed they would be. The size was way off I bought 10,5 they look like a 12 and I wear 11 and last the rubber of ghe sole is that oil resistance rubber I've known them to wear out fast. It's supposed to be a desert tactical boot not a mechanics boot it should have desert tactical features like the tongue being stitched to the top not oil slip proof sole that is useless in the desert. . I did like the price. The quality is actually pretty good well constructed. Very comfortable good support. I liked they come in half sizes even tho the size was way big for me maybe a defect pair. I have to say I'm still happy with them they are extremely comfortable comparing with a lot of other brands I have bought on Amazon

I love the fact that I do not have to unlace them to put them on or take them off. They are average in weight for their size, cushioning and waterproofing. Though the lower tounge could meat the body of the boot a bit higher to improve waterproofing. Thus far I have worn them every day for my bicycle ride to work, they could use a little padding in the toe to provide a bit of warmth for the toes. They are still new thus I have no comment on their durability or value for the money spent on them.

So far these are great boots and I couldn't be happier. Easy on, easy off, comfortable walk as advertised, I'm 210lbs and don't need insoles with them out of the box. The fit is really good which is always a concern for me, don't like wasting my time on purchases but then again, who does.I can say they are warm because where, I'm at, very neat the water and 15 degrees out today...I am doing really good. Meaning, I don't feel a thing.

These seem like nice quality boots, and are comfortable. However, they seem to run small. The size 9.5s I ordered first were the size of all my other size 9 boots & shoes. I returned them and got 10s and they are only slightly bigger than my other 9s.

I'm a female who typically wears an 11 in women's shoes. I bought a 10 back in early July. For the most part, they're non-slip. I've walked through fryer grease, icy water, across freshly mopped floors, through dewy grass, etc. Very functional, imo. I can wear them for 2 hours or for 16 woth no issue and they don't feel heavy on my feet. They keep my feet warm, even when I'm walking 3 miles to work in soaking wet grass. The laces and zippers provide the ankle support for me that most shoes don't.They are as comfortable as the day is long, but the only downside I have is that insoles do wear out fairly quickly.

I didn't expect much from a boot that cost what this does. To put this into perspective, I am almost 300 lb. I have been wearing these boots mostly everyday for the last month and a half almost two months. They possibly have 2 months worth of life left in them. Ever since the army went away from black leather boots that you had to polish, and everyone started utilizing tactical boots that looked more like sneakers, all boot quality across the board has gone downhill. However, these boots take a couple of extra shortcuts. The rubber quality and consistency of the sole is deplorable. There is no shank in these boots, no additional protection/support in the sole. Where the ball of my feet meet the ground, where the boot sole flexes, the sole is wearing the tread away. They aren't "waterproof" and I don't believe the description for this boot mentions anything of the sort, however, if I walk through dew covered grass in the morning, my toes get wet.The boots fit well. The side zipper appears to be holding up fine. The stitching is coming undone all around the boots. The laces look to be worthwhile, but you don't stress them much, since you zip them on and off. They will get you through in a pinch, but they won't last.UPDATE: Last week of October. Boots are done being boots. The tread is worn through and separating from the body. Couldn't make it the full 6 months. Again, not unexpected. Review still stands as valid.

These boots are comfortable, however consider replacing the inner pad as soon as you get them. It does not help except as a very thin cushion. The toes do not have any reinforcement and you will know if something taps them. They do breathe without giving up heat in the winter (so far). They are good in muddy conditions or concrete but you do not have traction on tiled surfaces especially if there is any sort of dampness for whatever reason. It doesn't matter if it is a smooth surface or tacky, it just doesn't like tiled surfaces. They are great for times of prolonged use and harsh weather conditions, so far no water has gotten into with some nasty conditions. They are definitely worth $40 the quality is good, the zipper is strong and the velcro will definitely last a few years.Update: after over 1100 miles, wore through the main tread, on the ball of the foot. Turns out the rubber is really thin there and you can easily feel the cold of any ice or snow that you come into contact with. I do have insoles that were needed, even with that extra thickness. It easily transfers heat and the stitching around the soul of the boot has weekend to the point where it us easy for water to get into the boot. I would recommend ordering one size larger as the second pair of boots came in were slightly tighter than the others. Still worth the money.Just put some treatments on them and they should be good for most people.

Me.gustan mucho estos tipos de botas pues es algo molesto tener que desamarrar y amarrar de nuevo y encontrar el punto exacto para no lastimarte pero con el cierre lateral es bueno además de ser cómodas.

Very pleased with these tack boots. Quality is excellent and nice and light the side zipper was a pleasant surprise and is of high quality. I bought these boots for ridding my Harley and they fit a standard foot peg shifter combo like a designed riding boot would. These are a 3rd of the price of a comparable riding boot highly recomend these boots
