We have used this cleaner for many years. Sometimes there's just a stubborn spot or a very slight scratch on a disc that a simple microfiber cloth can't handle. This cleaner works so very well! There have only been one or two instances where it didn't help. But considering we have thousands of CDs and DVDs, I'd say it's pretty near perfect!
