The thumb controlled valve on the handle is great! There is a lot of space between the valve and the outlet so after you turn it off there will still be a teaspoon or two of water that will dribble out for a few minutes. After that it is totally dry and no leaking.

The main reason I purchased this product was because of the value for the money and the durability and ease of use and comfort that my arthritic grandmother hands are. She is able to use it with ease and not struggle to operate it. 5 stars all the way! We would recommend it to anyone who has trouble using their hands to squeeze stuff. Grandma appreciated and approved!

comfortable to use - just hold the handle & turn the setting - plenty of different types of spray. First thing I did with mine - clean the birdbath - 'Jet' setting worked great. Love how easy it is to manipulate while watering, and how comfortable too in my hand.

We purchased this version because it could be here in two days, while we don't suffer from any utility issues that would make this necessary as opposed to a traditional squeeze nozzle, I will say that the thumb control is quite intuitive. There's a nice number of options for spray type and they all appear to work well, it's a really solid nozzle that came recommended by Wire Cutter so we're hoping it's the last one we ever need

I have bought two of these hand sprayers. I loved the no squeeze design and control. When the first one blew out and started leaking everywhere, I blamed it on my kids. When the second one blew out without warning in my hand, dousing me down in the process, I have to blame it on product quality. It is a great design, and feel really sturdy, but a week spot under thumb trigger fails catastrophically.Too bad. I liked it, but it is time to find an alternative.

The only setting that doesn't work is soaker. All the others are great!
