This is a neat idea for kids in that Peek-a-Boo phase. This gives them also chance to play on their own with peek-a-boo. This has the 4 wooden pieces that they can easily grab with the big wooden knobs. Four of the little "windows" are characters and then one of them is a mirror for them to see themselves.The puzzle is very well made and I love that this is a high quality wooden puzzle -- which Melissa And Doug always put out high quality wooden toys. The knobs are smooth to the touch and everything else is just well done. Yes, on some of the wooden puzzle pieces a very, very (very tiny) tiny piece of paint might be very lightly chipped. This is typical with these wooden toys since they are wood and not plastic. The puzzle is still a very well made puzzle.

This is simple but fun an age-appropriate toy for my one year old. It has pictures of various characters playing peek-a-boo. The picture has the characters with their eyes closed/hidden when the puzzle piece is in place and then open when the piece is removed. One of the puzzle piece has a mirror behind it.The size is perfect for small children. No small chocking hazard pieces and nice artwork.

Only 1 minute out of the box and as I’m looking at it I see $17 WASTED for a dollar-store quality puzzle that is peeled and stratching off right out the box! Waste of money

This Melissa & Doug Ms. Rachel Wooden Peek-a-Boo Jumbo Peg Puzzle is a fantastic collaboration of two well-known brands.The puzzle measures approximately 10.5” x 10.5”. The colors are bright and eye-catching, and the wooden handles on each of the pieces are the perfect size for little hands.As for quality, the red, square piece is slightly peeling at the edges, and as a result, is not as clean looking as the other three pieces. While this puzzle will inevitably get dings with use, I was disappointed to see this right out of the package. I am deducting one star because of this.Overall, this is a fun Ms. Rachel peek-a-boo themed first puzzle that little ones are sure to enjoy. It would make a great gift.

The knobs are easy for babies to grasp. We have a few puzzles that only have a raised lip, and my niece struggles with those still. The mirror is a fun bonus and she loves to stare into it.Melissa & Doug is a well known, reputable brand, so I knew this would be a winner. My niece is a big Ms. Rachel Fan, so when I saw the two were doing a collaboration it was an immediate buy.The only thing I can think of that might be a negative is that the box says to not get the wood pieces wet or the printing might come off. Obviously, since this is wood that's to be expected, but babies always seem to get things wet and slobbery so that might affect its longevity.

I don’t think I can give this enough stars!! It is exactly the quality you would expect from Melissa & Doug and Ms. Rachel! The construction is beautiful and sturdy and the pieces were thoughtfully designed for little hands.My 15 month old adores this puzzle! She often gets frustrated with other ones but the thick handles, large shapes, fun peek-a-boo design, and restrained amount of pieces (only 4!) makes this puzzle all fun and no stress! I wish I had gotten this puzzle when she was even younger- it would be a great first puzzle for a younger toddler- but I’m sure will still be enjoyed for many months to come thanks to the fun peekaboo game and hidden mirror!!Even if your child is unfamiliar with Ms. Rachel, this puzzle will surely be a hit! Going to buy for every baby I know going forward. Highly recommend!

This is a cute Peek a boo puzzle by Melissa and Doug. We are big fans of Melissa and Doug products because of the quality. Once we saw this was attached with Ms. Rachel we couldn’t resist. We watch Ms. Rachel a lot and my baby has learned so much from her. He has a lot of fun with this puzzle and takes the pieces and moves them over and over. He stares at himself in the little mirror. It is so adorable. We love this puzzle and I recommend this to Ms. Rachel fans. Yes, the price is a little high versus other 4 piece puzzles, but if your child is a Ms. Rachel fan, they will love this!
