First the good news.. Does what it says it'll do. Definitely allows the urine to run through and it's easy to clean. We just wash it with the hose.. air dry it and reuse it.There are NO smells unless you need to change the puppy pad underneath. PLUS PLUS!The problem.. it slids, it scrunches, it's rarely in its proper place so my dog ends up pooping on the frame underneath.So.. if you're dog is not going to be doing anything but pooping or peeing.. It works fine. Excellent in fact. For us, the concept is really good but just not quite right for our busy little dogs.

This is a great product and on the first day my dogs just went straight to the pee pee pad and did their business. I didn't have to teach both my dogs and it really saves my rugs👍

I like that the urine doesn’t sit in the turf grass and it has a spare turf so you’re able to keep it clean. Works great for back porch use when it’s to nasty to go out.

I gave this grass pad 5 stars only because of the quality and seems to be useful for those families whose dog(s) may go ahead and used it. But my dog is scared of it and no matter how much we tried he will never stop on it. He pees everywhere else but not on this pad!?

Our dog is blind and not able to go outside on her own, and we were wearing ourselves out trying to pro-actively take her out several times a day. We've been using this for three months now and very happy with it. She took to it fairly quickly. It's easy to clean and the extra turf pad makes it even easier. The pads that come with it are better than most others you can buy. Definitely recommend!

I bought this for my puppy to use when I'm at work and also in the middle of the night. For the first 3 weeks my puppy wouldn't use it, she only wanted to chew on the grass... I added some of her pee (as recommend by the seller), as well as some Natures Miracle attractant spray, and with patience she eventually started using this! I was absolutely disappointed and frustrated at first so I contacted the seller, they were very understanding, helpful, and prompt in their replies. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The pee drips right through to the puppy pad; it does require a pad (disposable or reusable) or the racks underneath the grass slide around (I do have a giant breed puppy, so that probably affects it a bit). It's not difficult to wash in the shower, but certainly awkward because of its size. I can't imagine how people clean the largest size option... I feel comfortable recommending this product :)

I have tried pine pellets, pee pads, plastic pee pad holders, and now this! We have been using this system for 3 weeks now and love it! Our pup was quick to take to it, it controls odors better, easy to clean and maintain! I suggest buying a size or two larger than suggested if this is gonna be your pups main “go to”.
