So easy to use! Super easy to inflate with your foot. Make sure you don’t cover the intake valve though! Ha! Oops. Very comfortable to sleep on, my shoulder didn’t hit the ground while laying on my side. I didn’t feel the cold underneath like some similar products. Lightweight. Easy to put away and travel with. Compact - but maybe too big for a backpacking pack. Perfect for camping or those wooden bunk beds for youth camps!

Absolutely awful. Hole in it and missed return window. Save your money. This is so cheap the company should be embarrassed they even sell it.

I don't backpack like I did 35 years ago, but I do a lot of overnight canoe camping. I had an old air mattress that I would take with, but it just wasn't cutting it. I bought this to use on my latest trip, and it worked perfect. If you use the built in pump, it takes a while to fill up. We had a portable inflater and was able to inflate it faster that way and then use the built in pump to fine tune the right pressure. It held it's air every night of the trip.If you can't tell from the title, I'm a big guy and older. I have arthritis in both of my shoulders requiring me to sleep on my back. I was able to sleep comfortably every night on it. It doesn't pack up as small as I would like, but I think it's an acceptable trade off.

We used to use cots for the kids, plus foam toppers for comfort. These are more comfortable, and certainly pack smaller in the car. Great for when we need another bed in a hotel, and for car camping. A bit heavy for backpacking, but they could work in a pinch if you're not hiking super far.No built-in pillow, which is great. Those never work well and just get in the way of a real pillow.I have a 4" lightweight backpacking air mattress that I spent a couple hundred dollars on. It's a good bit lighter, but about the same comfort level as these. These are a bit noisier when you move around, although that seems to be an issue with all mattresses like this. These are plenty big enough for an average adult, without taking up as much space as a "twin" mattress (which wouldn't fit well in our tent or in a hotel room). They have a built-in foot pump... basically a valve at the pillow end that leads to a chamber with some foam in it. The foam expands to draw air in, and you step on it to push the air into the mattress. That took a good while, so I was glad I had my EnerPlex JH618A12 mini electric pump that we use for our queen size mattress. It's adapters fit perfectly. Note that you only need the valve/opening at the foot (in the corner) for inflating and deflating this way or by mouth. The valve in the center of the pillow is only for the built-in pump. They come with some repair patches, but those don't work as well on the side seams (best for flat areas). And they need to set for 4 hours before use. At this price, I may buy an extra as a backup before counting on them on a long trip. That's not a comment on their quality...just the nature of things like this, including my fancy backpacking mattress. Always have a backup plan, especially in cold weather!

For self-denial reasons, I have spent thousands of nights sleeping on the floor with or without a mattress; I know how durable the average air mattress is. You can buy a larger, queen size mattress from a big box store, but you will be lucky to get a month out of it before it starts to leak (no matter how gentle you are with it). Air mattresses used every night won't last for years, but some are higher quality than others. This MEETPEAK Mattress is better than any low to mid end mattress that I've purchased at a big box store or online. If you use it every night, you should reasonably expect at least 6 months from it (I think that mildew can build up on the inside if you live in a humid climate). The material is thicker than many similar camping air mattresses. I am surprised at how many weeks it stays inflated without requiring additional air. The seams hold up well (at least for someone who is 76kg). It's long enough for someone who is 6'3" (barely). Also, do not underestimate the benefits to your back. This mattress is probably not better than a $5K brand new memory foam mattress, but it's much cooler, and my bad back feels better with this air mattress than many 'real' mattresses that I've slept on.They warn you not to over-inflate, but how do you quantify that? How much give should it have when you press down on it? I suggest they make a promotional video that shows what an over-inflated mattress looks like.I recently contacted customer service about an issue I had with this product. Nora responded quickly and left me completely satisfied with their solution. I give the mattress 4 stars and customer service adds another star. I highly recommend this product.

Recently biked the White Rim over a few days in Canyonlands and didn't want to lug my huge 36" wide x 3" thick Brand X thermarest around. I also didn't want to pay $200+ for the big name brands so I took a chance on this one. I'm 6'-3", 275# and am happy to report it performed flawlessly. It airs up easily (takes a few minutes), was wide enough (I'm a side sleeper) and easily deflated and tucked away neatly with my sleeping bag when breaking camp. I have a lightweight fleece blanket I laid across it under the sleeping bag, which seemed to keep things quiet, and keep me from sliding off. Overall very happy!

Kind of noisy but really only when getting on or off. Thick and comfortable, but not at all insulated. Takes twice as long to inflate as my expensive Nemo pad, because the "pump" is smaller. But it works well. Husband reports it is very comfortable. 5" thick. He likes it a lot. It performed well for him in the BWCAW and didn't mind the lack of insulation (I would have).
