I use this for my son for overnight, they work pretty good at absorbing and they are easy to put on

I love these boosters. They absorb way better than Sposies ans are much more affordable too! My autistic 12-yr old son pees a lot first thing in the morning. I was constantly washing his waterproof bed pad until I found these.

These are made for adding to a baby diaper to last over night but the booster pad holds over 10 oz. It can be used and doubled (20oz.) if more protection is needed for an adult. They hold a lot. And they aren’t just for babies. And the price is considerably less than adult booster pads that hold less. I’m not sure why they make it so hard to find this info when apparently adult incontinence is extremely common. This is an additional absorbent pad that has NO LINER and urine goes right through it to the adult diaper. It will not work as protection but it helps to keep the person who needs it dry even if they urinate two times in one night.

Have been buying these for over a year for our toddler twins, they're GREAT for overnights. Work just as well as the name brand for so much cheaper. Have recommended these to so many people!

These work at least as well as sposie pads. Much better price. They are thinner in feel but seem to be just as absorbent or more. We've had lots of leak nights in sposie so tried these. We have had a couple leak nights but less often. Definitely worth it to use these instead!

I am SO glad to finally find an really absorbent pad with adhesive strips to stay in place, that also does not leak those little balls all over. (I do not want those ending up in my daughter internally & they also seem to irritate her sensitive skin) These pads help keep my daughter drier overnight so that I can use with a less expensive regular diaper instead of shelling out for the nighttime ones to to beneath the pad (because the nighttime ones by themselves never held enough pee for my little one). These pads are easy to apply & the adhesive stays all through the night without coming off in the morning when the pad is drenched in pee.For reference my daughter has spina bifida with neurogenic bladder & bowels. She currently wears size 4 diapers but these do not run the full length & could be used in smaller diapers. I don't have any smaller diapers to use to measure but maybe these could be used with as small as size 2 diapers?I hope that this review helps other special needs families looking for diapering help 💙

We’ve been team Sposie for years. My older child and younger one both soaked through night diapers without a booster. But, times being what they are, we decided to try Medline as a more affordable alternative. I opened the package and felt disappointed and skeptical. The Medline pads are VERY thin compared to the Sposies (see 2 pictures attached—Sposie on the left and Medline on the right). However, it’s been a month and the Medline pads have prevented leaks 29/30 times. The sole leak resulted from user error (specifically misplacement of the pad on the diaper). I included a picture of how you should place it to prevent leaks (fold top part under and make sure it’s lower than the top of the diaper). We are now officially team Medline. The pads are non-bulky, super absorbent, and do not leave any weird gel balls or anything else on the skin. No diaper rashes and a happy baby. 10/10
