Excellent purchase! I did have to modify by adding additional Velcro and cut the extra strap however; this is a great base for a medical kit that folds open to reveal all contents. Exactly what I was after for my TRT kit!

Fits a North American Rescue public-access individual bleeding control kit, with room to spare. MOLLE side fits easily on a belt, plate carrier, or backpack (or anything with proper MOLLE webbing). The rip-away function is great- holds tight, especially with the retention strap, but breaks away on demand. Love the colors and patches, too!

Love the size but the snaps will stay snapped. If you are utilizing it with the snaps it is not a good option. Do not recommend this.
