I absolutely love this medical alert bracelet. Many people including me love especially with the qr code reader. My only issue is that the little loop broke causing it to cone unhooked. I would really like to get another tab.

Bought so I can wear as my mother's caregiver. I was able to put our pictures in and both of our information in case of something unfortunate. Love this.

I'm very impressed. I was able to easily access the website on my phone and enter all my medical data. It works just as advertised and the only cost was the purchase price. I have ordered one for my mother and I've been showing it to all my friends. Most impressive is scanning the code with my phone and instantly showing them my medical info, a picture of me, and my wife's phone number at the top of the page so that a rescuer can immediately call my wife to make her aware of any medical incident. Wonderful! Highly recommend!

If you know someone with a lot of medical issues, this thing is absolutely amazing!! Bought it for my dad and loved it so much that we had to buy a bigger one when this one wouldn't fit him anymore. It is the perfect size and it is very easy to use. All the doctors and nurses we have seen have absolutely fallen in love with it

What I love:• the QR Code feature.• the additional card for wallet.• easy setup/editing.• the self closing holes in the strap (even though it makes it difficult to add an additional hole that’s similar when you have small wrists like me)What Needs Improvement:• the form to fill out lacks explanation on some fields and is very repetitive in others (i.e., recommends listing medications in one field, yet has a separate field to list medications).• it would be nice if it had a separate area to list pets that may be home alone.• needs additional loop for band for comfort• more options for those small wrists.• the metal edges lock onto hair very easily!

I have a plastic med alert bracelet that is wearing out and, thus, I need a new one. I fell in love with the idea of a scanable QR code that gave access to all my information, so I jumped at this. When it arrived, I really liked the look of it, and the bracelet went on and off easily. However, it wasn't as advertised. It was slightly loose, I saw no way to adjust the size, and there were no instructions about how to do so. I then scanned the code in and was taken to a website that was poor, and somewhat unorganized. There were no clear instructions, and the website was almost 100% focused on tags for pet cats and dogs. Hmmmm. When I tried to enter my information, I was asked for a credit card number - "Which would not be billed." Sure, and why did you ask for the card number? I reluctantly put the card number in and was immediately told that my card would be charged $1.00. Was that going to be recurring? My credit card flagged it as suspicious as the charge was from Ireland. At that point, enough was enough. I had my credit card company deny the charges and flag the transaction. As well, I packed the stuff up and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon, as usual, was great about the refund.

This product is a GREAT idea. That's one star. This product is AFFORDABLE. That's another star. This product is MUCH NEEDED by the public. That's a third star. What's lacking: I can't scan this with my economy Android phone, simply will not work. I tried outside, inside, in low light, in bright light, rotating this way, rotating that way. WILL NOT SCAN. Sadly, will need to return this phone. Hypothetically, even if you have a thousand dollar I-Phone that can easily scan this, I would not have faith that in an emergency situation a medic has the same make and model necessary to work. The designers need to figure out what went wrong and get it to work ... on any phone, regardless if its an economy model like mine (and possibly a medic's phone) ... or someone with a thousand dollar I-phone. This is a matter public health.
