The engraving is perfect. The bracelet, however, is of no use to me. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to close the chain. No directions are included. I've given up. It just shouldn't be that difficult. So I will look for something else, subjecting the closure apparatus to particular heightened scrutiny.

Like the medical alert charm but the bracelet chain was cheap. I ended up buying a better chain from my local flea market. I was able to find a nicer chain and fits much better.

I’m a petite woman so I really appreciate the “petite “ size of this. I also like that it’s a slim design so it doesn’t get in the way or cause issues wearing it daily for me. I also like it only has one clasp, instead of other brands that have two. I really liked the wonderful customer service. Overall I’d purchase from them again! Thanks for a good quality product :)

This is not only a great bracelet, providing peace if mind, they also have amazing Customer service!!! I made a mistake when ordering, reached out to them and they made it right immediately!!
