This is the perfect set! Gloves work great for the heat and they fit perfectly! Super easy to clean up and easy to use! Awesome set!

I may or may not recommend this to other people. Giving it four stars because overall you actually do get what you pay for. The gloves are super big and occasionally picking up smaller things difficult, but they explain that very well going in that these are not for precise actions. I do wish they were a little bit longer and would give my forearms more protection. The claws have been great the two times I have used them. is insanely slow and so I just opted to throw that in the garbage because it is absolutely useless. Otherwise, this is pretty decent.

In the past I had an old pair of bbq gloves that would slip when my hands got hot or sweaty from the heat. After I started sweating they would stick to my hands, and they would be impossible to pull away. NOT ANYMORE. I purchased this kit for my roommate and I to use this Summer. While we haven’t BBQ’d yet, the set included some tools that we didn’t have in the kitchen that are already proving useful. The heat gloves are awesome. I use them for handling the dutch oven I use to make curries, stews and bread. The timer is great with large display. Counts up like a stopwatch, or you can set it to count down from your desire time. Magnet on the back so it sticks on the fridge or wherever. Thermometer gives a good clear read and will display your temperature range (min/max).I also brew beer, and the timer, thermometer, and heat gloves will all be really useful there.The is a good kit, with practical and items that will help you in the kitchen, BBQ’ing, or brewing beer. If you’re in the market for these items, this is a great way to get them at a good price. Would probably make a good graduation gift, too.

I feel like a beast when I use this bbq smoker kit. The razor-sharp bear claws help me rip and tear meat like a primal force of nature! The grill gloves are sturdy, thick and battle ready. The thermometer is my spear to slay the most epic meats: Brisket, ribs, or chicken. I’m hungry thinking about it.What else is there to say? EXCEPTIONAL! I’ll be buying this again as a gift for my buddy. He kept trying out my tools and was obviously a bit envious. I recently purchased this BBQ set as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves to grill, but didn’t have a proper thermometer or heat-resistant gloves, and I was constantly worried about him burning himself. Chose this set for the excellent price point and because we needed a working timer for the kitchen. Super convenient to have everything in one. The package arrived faster than I expected, and was in great shape. The thermometer had slipped out of its protective tube in transit, but still works perfectly. It reads the temp quickly, and seems accurate, as the meat was exactly the tenderness I like. The bf likes the quality of the gloves, and that they aren’t overly bulky. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I grill year round, and this kit is amazing! I know this sounds silly, but what drew me to this particular kit was the cotton lining on the grilling gloves! I am here to tell you, that they are so unbelievably comfortably and cozy. Not to mention they actually do their job of handling hot food on the grill flawlessly. I actually use them for oven mitts inside the house as well! I'm really pleased with them.I love all the extra electronic gear inside such as the thermometer and timer! We had always winged it before now, and it makes such a nice difference not having to worry about if the meat is cooked all the way through (or forgetting just how long something has been on the grill!). This kit was well thought out and executed and makes it easy to get perfect BBQ and smoked meats! We also fell in love with the pulled pork claws instantly. They feel great to use! They are extremely sharp and shredding is easy and hassle free. Easy to wash too. I highly recommend this kit! You will not be disappointed.As a side note, I also got a lovely little email when I purchased the kit and it just gave it a friendly and homey feel!
