It cut off my ring just like it was supposed to. A bit awkward to use on yourself but not too bad. Just takes a little longer. Great value for the money.

You would not want to use this professionally (pot metal) but it does what it is intended to do and does it fairly easily. Had a wedding ring stuck on swollen knuckle and it was off within 5 minutes.
