Wear this board between an inside out (or seamless) tank top. A tank top with seams on the inside will give you unwanted imprints on your sides. Slide the board down between the tank top and the faja so it doesn’t touch your stitches. It won’t slide this way !Your back and your butt crack will thank you later. Swell hell is real, but back pain is even worse. I could tell from the moment I slipped it inside that my resolving back pain from sitting on the Boppy was worth every penny.

The quality, stability of this item is terrible!! it does provide any support or compression to the back area as it should.. It does not fit firm or flat on the back to where it stays in place. it moves downward , upward and sideways.. this back board is pointless and expensive bc of its name, which don't make it a Great buy.. Returning!

While it is the best thickness and support for back lipo, it is only used for 1 week. Patients complain that it does not stay in place, but we've found that is a problem with all that we have tried. Our biggest complaint is that we can only order 2 at a time, therefore we're looking for alternatives.

I’ve used this post surgery and I love it, I’m still using post op, so unsure as to weather it does the job or not but we’ll see

I wasn’t going to buy this product based on peoples reviews which claimed it moves but I honestly think that it’s been worn the wrong way round. I’ve worn mine for 24 hours both the back and front ab board and they both haven’t moved. I’m three days post op and it’s really made a difference. The fluid causes headaches and pain so with the combination of my massage plus the foam board has made me feel so much more better over night.

This helped with my back after lipo. Works well sometimes it slides up but that’s after my stage one started to become was tight. Once I got stage two faja this baby never moved. And ohh the arch it gave me in my back, Amazing!

Ok gave 4 stars but could easy give 3 , the reason behind this is because it does what my doctor say it should help with inflammation in my back after liposuction and it also give me a little extra booty , but if you sit or walk around it shifts all the way down having looking like a diaper. I wore it in my compression garment that fit very well so I was really surprise it moved .Once I reached my destination after driving for 45 min I was shocked I had to run to rest room to adjust asap - but it make my booth looks great in clothes -Other than that if you can fix it so IG does not move it's a good purchase .

I had flank liposuction and fat grafting for breast reconstructions after breast cancer and decided to give this a try as I noticed immediately that the compression garment my PS gave me didn't feel like it was enough compression on my flank area. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this mold works (when placed under compression garment). I began wearing the mold approx 4 days after my liposuction and it definitely makes a different in not only the support it gives my back when I am sleeping at night, but also helps in the decreasing the swelling in that area that it covers. The only improvement I would like to see is if it was either wider, or if it had some sort extra molding connected to wrap more around the sides of the flanks. I would recommend this for people who have this particular surgery though

I highly recommend this product to anyone undergoing tummy tuck, lipo and or flank reduction.This molder helps reduce swelling and molds your skin back to the muscle in a very comfortable design.This product is used in other capacities as well.My son uses it to help his posture. He was born with tethered cord and spina bifida occulta with a lipomyleomeningocele. Big word for fatty tumor.He feels safer and stronger using this lumbar support.Since it is intended to be used in your lower back area, the size is pretty universal. I'm 5,11 my son 5,2. It fits nice on us both.
