After a couple of weeks noticed small pinholes throughout the fabric and also thread bare spots. Sun shines through thread bare spots, as well as pinholes. The threading cord was very brittle and broke when I tried to straighten it out. I had to use the previous threading cord from the old awning to make it work because the new threading chords were too thick for the channel.

The deep blue is very nice. Fabric seems like great quality. It was an inch or two wider than advertised (on the 8x10 size) which means the fabric is not quite as taut as it could be. Installation takes some time and patience - and two people! Instructions only partially worked for our model but there are various videos online that will help you.

This replacement canopy seems to be sturdy but time will tell. It fit my retractable awning frame well. Was looking at other name brand versions that were more than 10x the cost of this, so even if it only lasts 2-3 years it was worth it.

The original awning fabric on our motorized awning was in pretty bad shape. This replacement slid right into place. I watched a how-to you-tube video how to do it.

Love the dark brown color. Material feels like good quality. Time will tell if it holds up to AZ sun and heat. Easy to install, fit our different brand awnings.

This fabric was much more than I expected. Very sturdy and heavier material and makes for a strong awning. A little struggle to put the plastic cord thru both the awning and the valance and it definitely takes two but a very good quality product that will last for a good while plus at a good price.
