Oh My gosh!!! It is perfect! My husband and I could not wait to open it up and try this in different areas. The instructions are ok, I wish they had better descriptions of all the attachments. It did not take long at all for the water to get hot.I did buy the Aqua Fresh water that was recommended. I am so glad that I did, it smells wonderful and it was perfect. We did out fireplace front glass, we did a few places on our kitchen wood floor (ancient and ugly) the back bathroom inclosed shower walls and tile. All of it was perfect. The glass was never so clean. Now the one thing I should not of done was try to clean the brick on my fireplace the bottompart where you can sit or you place things, (plants, firewood, pictures etc.) It took off the shine and now it has white faded spots, but it is ok because I will just get my furniture polish and clean it up. The product is perfect for floors, GETTING WAX OUT OF CARPET, put a rag down first and steam on the rag, and you will need to change out the rags, do not rub until after most of the color and wax is out.I really hope that everyone enjoys their steamer as much as I know I am going to enjoy mine. This is going to be a joint project with me and my husband on weekends when needed. VERY IMPORTANT: First thing... don't forget when you are done... MAKE SURE YOU RELEASE THE STEAM.. you need to hold the nozzle down and let all the water out. I did not even think of it and after using my husband released it in the shower, so glad I saw him do it. (I would have never thought to do it and it is not in the instructions).

I bought this steam cleaner in the middle of the Pandemic and still have it. The steam cleaner works wonders and I even use in the house a few times to steam clean the floors. My only regret was not using it more!

It is small in size, heats up quickly, has a relatively large amount of steam, and the pressure it strives for is relatively strong. It is especially suitable for cleaning dirt on shoe soles, cleaning the kitchen, and mopping the floor. It can also clean vehicles. If the steam volume is larger, the pressure is higher. The effect will be better. Overall, I am satisfied.

We initially ordered Mc1275. The 1275 we received has a effect. It burned out after 20 minutes of using. So I ordered a Mc1375 as a replacement. 1375’s ability of adjusting the steam volume is the initial attraction but after receiving not unit, it is clear that 1375 is a much better buy than 1275. The construction is much better with better attachments in addition to the ability of adjusting the steam volume. I used the machine very extensively for 2 days and it can keep the stream going for about 30-35 minutes with 48 oz of distill water. Unfortunately for us, the steam is hot but not hot enough to solve our fleas problem. I applied the steam 5 seconds on each spots hoping to get rid of fleas using the mop attachment. On carpet, it work decently, adult fleas are cooked after each steaming. But fleas eggs still around And we see fleas in the same spot the next day. 5 seconds is long enough for to kill adult fleas in our carpet and tiles in all our bathrooms and kitchen. MC1375 also are able to kill fleas larvae in the carpet and on our kitchen tiles (more reflective and hard surface). But it has problem with fleas larvae on the tiles in our master bathroom (the tile is much more softer tiles that absolve heat). MC 1375 was about to kill the Fleas eggs in our sofa set with 3 seconds of steam in each spot but it does not kill the eggs in the carpet nor on tile surface. I up the steaming time to 8 seconds for each spot and it still does not kill the fleas larvae in our master bathroom. The issue is probably heat dissipation difference between various type of tiles. The standard of steaming is moving the wand at 1 second per inch. I have not try steaming at that speed. It is pretty clear to me that for carpet (and we have pretty thick one), MC1375 is able to steam kill adult fleas and larvae. It kill adult fleas on all our tiles surface. It only kill larvae on some tile surface. MC 1375 can kill fleas eggs on furniture with concentrated stream of steam. It is not clear if it can kill any of the fleas eggs hiding in the carpet or on tiles surface.MC1375 is very versatile and work for most home application. Even though it does not solve our fleas problems, I think it is a good addition to the home cleaning equipment. Dupray neat steamer advertise a steam temperature of 275 degree F, and that will be our next steamer to try. In the mean time, I am controlling the fleas with the combination boric acid in the carpet + essential oil spray of cedarwood oil (4% and 12% variance) + 3% peppermint oil spray. The 4% cedarwood oil + 3% peppermint oil is good enough to kill adult fleas and fleas larvae on all surface but no dice on fleas eggs. It is not clear if the 12% cedarwood oil + 3% peppermint oil can kill fleas egg (I am hopeful since this is the concentration used by one of the commercial product and it seems to be very successful according to the raving review).Update 9/13/2020 - it dawn on me that I was silly trying to tackle a flea problem with steam cleaning. A big part of flea problem is their number after each successful generation and random location that flea eggs get dropped. A highly labor intensiveapproach like steam cleaning will never work in cleaning up a flea problem. Instead, I put my focus on ways to eliminate fleas with more broad coverage approach. I settle down with Diatomaceous earth + boric acid for carpet. Bleach (5 to 1 dilution) cleaning once + Diatomaceous earth for tiles floor. On area that I notice flea larvae activities, I vacuum daily (and replace the Diatomaceous earth +boric acid if it is carpet area. Bleach clean +replace Diatomaceous earth if it is on tiles floor). So far, the approach seem to work. I noticed at least 40-50 adult fleas and small larvae in the stuff that I vacuum up in the last 506 days. There are still a few area with larvae activities in the house and some adult fleas in my car. I ordered a few flea trap with 7W light and sticky pad that should help speed up the eradication effort (I hope).

I purchased this product to assist in an engine restoration / rebuild and I have to admit, I was almost expecting to be dissapointed in the machines ability to remove 30+ years of oil deposits and sludge. I am happy to say that I have been very impressed with how well this steamer works. (For an overall review of the steamer, skip to the second paragraph as I will detail how well it works on engine parts here first). Through trial and error, I found the best way to use the steamer on small engine parts (piston heads for example) is to secure the operating handle to a stationary object at a working height (I used duct tape to secure the handle to a lighting stand). The hose is plenty long enough to secure it at a standing or sitting height. Attach the jet-point nozzle to the end of the handle wand and select an appropriate detail wire brush for scrubbing (your own wire brush). When the unit reaches operating pressure, pull the trigger and activate the trigger lock, so you are hands free from the wand. You can now hold the engine part in one hand and the wire brush in the other (if you are smart you will wear rubber gloves, safety goggles and a respirator). Hold the steam directly onto the part in one specific spot for about 4 to 5 seconds before begining to scrub. Burnt oil deposits come off with only moderate pressure applied with the brush. The steam will run continuousy for about 40 minutes. Refilling and reheating to operating pressure takes only 15 minutes. Accessory attachments include a plastic scraper nozzle and bronze wire brush nozzle which are excellent for larger, flat items like a skid plate, oil pan, or frame rail. For smaller parts or those with a lot of contour, you will have to use the jet-point nozzle and your own wire brush, but it works like a champ. Much better than a parts washer and water-based solvents. You can order additional nozzles in 5 packs (bronze wire brush) which isn't a bad idea if you have a lot of large parts. In general, this steamer is a very well made product. It is compact, lightweight and has numerous useful attachments. I cannot state how important it is to read the instructions for the best results and to avoid damage to certain surfaces. The unit provides continuous steam for 40+ minutes at a temperature that cleans very effectively. There is no such thing as "dry" steam cleaning. Some manufacturers try to make that claim based on the fact that once a surface has been heated to the temperature of the steam, when the steam is removed the temperature of the surface itself will evapoate any remaining water vapor and the surface will feel dry; however, there will have been a reasonable amount of water vapor and condensation produced to get to that point, so the surrounding area will still be damp. Understand that when objects heat and cool condensation occurs, so there is no such thing as dry steam cleaning. Condensation also occurs inside the hose, wand and nozzle in between steam applications, so when the trigger is activated after an idle period, water will be expelled from the nozzle before the steam starts to flow. Direct this water into a sink, toliet, tub or bucket during cleaning (if you are using it outside, it probably doesn't matter). Use care if you are cleaning hardwood or faux-wood floors. A mistake on fabric or carpet usually just means it will be wet and have to dry out, on a wood floor this steam can warp or de-laminate surfaces if applied improperly - read the instructions. Despite the warnings - I bet that most people would love this steam cleaner and find many uses for it. I found it excellent for windows, bathrooms, kitchen areas and cleaning engine parts. My only knock on the design is that it does not carry its accessories well. There is a net provided to be placed on the end of the machine that I don't like - it isn't very useful, and the tote bag for the larger floor accessories is flimsy and unsecure; so my advice is to buy a plastic bin and keep the machine and accessories stored in it when not in use. Also, the stickers on the wheels fell off out of the box, but I didn't like them anyway. The McCulloch name is a sub of Vornado Air, which is a sub of Husqvarna, so I was hoping to see "Made in Canada" or "Made in Mexico" (there is no hope of seeing Made in USA, but I wanted to see anywhere but you know where), but alas, like everything else it is made in China.
