The very best soft toilet seat you can buy anywhere! I have had several soft toilet seats over the years, yes hard ones with metal hinges last longer than any other, but I needed a soft one these last few years because of my hip. I have bought every brand of these soft toilet seats and every last one would loosen, tear, go flat etc. in no time at all. And yes this one did get a small tear in it after only 5 months but it never loosened or got wobbly. And unlike other companies.... this one actually backs up their warranty! They immediately sent me a brand new one :-) I will forever buy this seat if I can afford it, if I can't some day I may just duct tape it, lol

I ordered this toilet after measuring and buying 2 at local stores which did not fit my toilet properly.I opened the box and was amazed that the color matches my toilet perfectly and is a perfect fit as well.It is solid and the padding is beautifully done and smooth with no puckering.Installation is so intuitive and easy that I was able to do it myself without having to wait for a handyman’s help.I also like that there is product support available if needed but I seriously doubt that it would be necessary. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

As they warn us, this is for US sized toilets, not UK size. But with a bit of pressure I was able to make it fit. Unfortunately there is no UK sized seat of this quality on Amazon so it might be worth the risk of trying.

It's comfy to sit on. But very easily stained if you get white. After 2 months of using it it did pop a seam in one area. And if you move around it does pop off. But can easily put back in place.

I have loved having this toilet seat. It is soft to sit on and not freezing cold in winter, just what I was wanting when we bought a new toilet and replaced the hard seat with this padded one.Then I noticed it had a crinkle in the seat after about 12 weeks and within the next 2 weeks, it ripped where that area was. The return window was closed for an Amazon return or refund so I contacted the Manufacturer. By the next day, I heard back from the company and was told to send a pic of the damaged area and the invoice and was assured I'd be sent a new seat. I am very pleased with the company! And I do hope the seat I first received was faulty and this one lasts longer than 14 weeks!

The price of this product was a consideration. It was fairly cheap compared to other seats. The idea of padding was enticing, but the main reason for the purchase was thinking the padding would raise the seat height up some. The old toilet seat broke so this purchase came up. The concept of a snap off "calibrated" screw was enticing to eliminate the need for tools - which really wouldn't have been a big deal.Install was easy...almost too easy. The snap off fixture sure didn't feel super snug. Being a person that historically over-torqued things the snap off function was appreciated...but didn't leave a confident feeling the seat was seated properly. But to date - no issues with that.The reasons for the low rating is because of the material used for the seat and the hinges that attach the seat and seat lid. The first issue is whatever this coating material is made of - is not like the hard plastic of a normal seat. It's some kind of softer material. And it will stain. The underside of the seat definitely stains quickly. Clorox full strength bleach was not enough to eliminate the stains even after letting it sit for some time. That's kind of jacked up - it's not an issue with "hard" seats. Second issue is the pivot setup for the toilet seat and lid. Simply stated - there is so much flex in that pivot point the toilet seat and lid can slide around significantly from side to side. Over time flexing of this plastic will surely lead to something breaking - for sure. The other issue it creates is acceptable use with some aftermarket bidet type of products. Use of this toilet seat with a "Biffy" bidet is not a good idea at all. The seat flexes side to side so much (best estimate is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch) that any "Biffy" sort of adapter where a spacer is needed with the toilet seat results in the toilet seat slipping past the spacer and having one side of the toilet seat or another crash into any side mounted bidet...resulting in breaking the bidet.Perhaps without a side mounted bidet everything would be acceptable - the play in the pivot point would still be there but maybe as not much as a concern - but I question if the normal spacers prevent the "clunk" if it slips off the actual toilet. The padding difference from a hard to padded seat with this product was minimal - height change not worth it. A purchase of a different brand seat in the very near future with better construction is imminent before it can break an already installed side mounted bidet.Update - so tired of the seat flopping around and sliding off the toilet. The thing is going in the trash soon as the nee seat I ordered shows up.

Fits great and was easy to install. Color was a perfect match.Update on 7-12-23After purchase in April, I provided this review before a delay in installing it because I had purchased it previously with no problems. The reason I did not install it was because my husband was going through chemo and was unable to help me install it. When I installed it by myself in June (date unknown), I noticed it was not as nice as my first purchase. A month after I installed it, it broke at the hinge attached to the seat on the left side. Since that time, due to his health and appointments, he has used the guest bathroom with the very first seat (like this one) and have had no problems. Unfortunately I was unable toreturn it because the time period had expired. Now I need a new seat and will try buying it again with the hopes that it will be a better seat than the last one. This will be my 3rd purchase (buying due to ease of installation, the soft seat and fits the toilet which is an older toilet in a condition that I don't want to replace). My hope is that the manufacture (construction) of this item will be as good as my first purchase,
