I have a 40lb Pitsky with severe confinement anxiety and ordered a Medium.My dog kept eating trash and cat food while she ran around outside, and I couldn't get her to stop. Because of her anxiety, she usually has her tongue out, so I needed a breathable muzzle.The first time she put the muzzle on, she spent an hour scratching at it, rubbing it against concrete, digging and trying her hardest to get it off. She was unsuccessful.Now she doesn't mind it at all and she brings it to me to tell me she wants to go run outside!It stopped her from eating MOST things. It is a mesh muzzle so by repeatedly jamming the muzzle in wet cat food that's left out, she can still eat some of it.Easy to put on, easy to adjust, easy to take off, and it stays on no matter how hard she tries. She can bark, but she cant bite.

Worked very well, but I did have to size down

My dog tolerated this mesh muzzle with no problem. As with most dogs they sniff and smell the ground. This muzzle started wearing thin and showed thinning of the mesh in the snout after a few weeks.I emailed Mayerzon on 11/30/24 to tell them about the wearing of the muzzle. Bought this for my dog who likes to eat things outside on my farm. I liked it because it is mesh and not bite proof, stopped him from eating things, and had the strap over the top of the head for additional stability. My dog was only able to slip this once and I tightened the top strap and he has kept it on since.Unfortunately it wasn’t as durable as I was hoping, and he has managed to put quite a few holes in the muzzle, which is starting to render it useless.I know one of the draws for me was the idea that he would still be able to pick up sticks and play with the other dogs, but this has compromised the material and I will now need to replace it soon. Unfortunate that it only lasted a few months before this happened.

Fits well, stays on, and keeps our dog from eating excrement, sticks, leaves and other unhealthy items in the yard.

First, the company's customer service was very kind. I had ordered a size too big for my dog and in the package they will replace the product once for free and will send it right away. I got my replacement in 2 days. The quality of the mesh isn't as sturdy as I'd like it to be. My dog is a big scavenger so she drags it on the cement and it's already chipping away. The product also comes with a training pamphlet which was nice because I followed it and my dog sees it and waits for it to be put on. She does try to take it off, but who wouldn't. The middle part that goes between their eyes is a bit loose, even if you tighten it, it makes a little space, but ima fix it by sewing and hopefully it fixes it. I can't make it smaller or else it goes on their eyes. I just wish the mesh was better and I'd make it a 5.

I live on a busy city street and I use this muzzle for every walk with my corgi. Less fighting over foraging trash has led to longer walks for her + less stress for me. I was kind of hesitant to buy it but I’m glad I did. Sometimes we get weird looks on the street, but it’s better than risking her health with sharp bones, rat poison, and other city trash.She doesn’t mind this muzzle. I tried other models but she likes this one because she can still pant, bark, sniff, and drink water. I got her used to it by putting her favorite treats in the muzzle.Size XS works perfectly for her. I got the wrong size and the seller was responsive and helpful.

I was very hesitant to ever use a muzzle on any of my dogs because, well, what will the neighbors think? LOL! My dog is not aggressive or a biter, she just eats things in the yard that she shouldn't and ends up very sick. This muzzle is soft and fits her perfectly. I thought it would be too big (I got the medium) but it goes right on, she doesn't fight it at all. Super easy to put on and take off. It will save me thousands on vet bills!
