I bought this to hold stacked plastic bins for easy moving. They’re well built and work great. Only complaint is installing the casters. Bolts sit very close to the wheels and it’s hard to get a wrench in to tighten bolts. This is NOT a project for an adjustable wrench. You will need some metric open end wrenches and a good thin walled socket set to put these together. Unless you’re amazing this is a 15 to 30 minute project on your first go round. They are well built and work great.

The trolly is a lot smaller than it looks in the photo. Two wheels are fixed and don’t swivel. Requires assembly and is fiddly taking around 30 minutes. Tools required wrench and socket and hammer to push in plastic lugs.

We wanted it for standing large bags of dog food on to slide in and out of cupboard and it’s brilliant does exactly what we needed. No lifting heavy bags just slides in and out. Easy to put together altogether great

Once the product is assembled....but wait....it is very difficult to assemble. Why? Because the screws which are supposed to stay firmly in the predrilled holes of the platform keep falling out of the holes. The instructions tell you to put the screws in, then turn the platform upside down, at which point the screws all fall out of the holes before you can attach them to the wheels. The manufacturer should have paid for better engineering. You virtually need three people to assemble this. One to hold the screw in the hole so it does not fall out. One to take the nut and fasten it to the screw through the hole in the wheel (more on this later) and one to hold the tiny adjustable wrench. As for the wheels, the nuts to the 2 swivel wheels, which are attached in front of the platform, are not hard to screw in once the screw is held in place. However, the holes drilled into the 2 non swivel wheels which are attached to the the rear of the platform are very hard to tighten because the holes in the wheels are drilled to close to the wheels making it very hard for the wrench to grasp the nut. I had to use a special tool, which held the screws in place, to tighten the nuts to the screws. The whole assembly took an hour, when it had been properly engineered, it should have taken 5 minutes.Once the cart is assembled, you realize that you have to virtually bend down to the floor to grasp the hole which allows you to pull the cart. This is extremely awkward, Picture a red wagon with no handle. The manufacure should have included a long handle. I tied a dog leash to the handle hole so I did not have to bend down to floor. It much less expensive then the others I saw, I guess you get what you pay for. To be fair, the cart itself and wheels are sturdy enough.

I like the size, weight and ease of use. It works like it's supposed to and durable. I have six of these and will be ordering a couple more. There are some small challenges putting them together otherwise I would give five stars. No worries though. You will need a 10 mm wrench or socket ( which is what I used ). Insert bolt through the top to the bottom. There are cut outs for the hex head to fit into inside the hole that will hold that end for you. You may have to wriggle the threaded end around a little for it to fall or push into place. I used my finger to assist in pushing it into that position. Place caster wheel over the threaded end of the bolt on bottom. Spin nut onto threaded end with flat side towards dolly. The nuts are nylon self locking so the will tighten up and need to be wrenched on to completely secure wheel to the bottom of the dolly. Make sure to get all four bolts and nuts started before fully tightening to ensure easier fitting of bolts through all holes.I was actually putting all four through before placing the caster wheel on and holding them in place with my fingers inserted into the four holes and then turning the nut onto each threaded end.It doesn't take to long to assemble. They should have included some sort of tool to help with tightening I agree. Just have a little patience and it'll come together.

First, this item arrived at my house via USPS in a carton that looked like it had been through WWIII, and the dolly itself was in fine shape, so I took that as a good sign. This is a small platform dolly - surface is only about 14" x 18". I am using this to make it easier to move my 50lb 'portable' compressor around my house, and it does a fine job- rolls reasonably well, and even made it over some uneven pavement without too much hassle. So for my specific purpose, this is a win so far.Pluses:Price seems fair for what it is.Lighter weight than a wooden dolly.Has a handle slot to make it even easier to carry.Has two small holes on the front and backside edges, so if you wanted, you could rig up a rope to pull it.The platform isn't smooth, it has a bit of a texture, sort-of like a shallow automobile floor mat, so that should help keep your load from sliding around.Minuses:Only two wheels rotate 360 degrees, the other two are fixed - some may not like this. You have to learn how to "drive" this dolly to maneuver it around, but it's easy once you get the hang of it. It does stay put though. The wheels themselves are not rubber. More than likely, they are also hollow - how long they will hold up probably depends on usage. This isn't heavy duty. I will append my review if needed. Finally, given its diminutive size and budget construction , I think a 200lb capacity rating might be a overly generous for this thing. :)
