door draft stopper

"Works better than others I've tried"

The larger foam tubes are much better for those of us with sizable gaps under their doors. I had all kinds issues with the more standard sizes draft stoppers because the tubes would tend to get squeezed under the gap, preventing the door from moving further. No problem with this one.

door draft stopper

"Great for staying rooms warm"

I had a large gap at the bottom of my entry door Their is also another door in the closet that leads to the attic. It's winter right now and large amounts of cold comes from under the door. I installed the draft stopper and it has made a huge difference.

MAXTID large door draft stopper

"Adjustable length"

Very good seal and adjustable length. No more drafts from the underside of the door.

MAXTID large door draft stopper

"Draft, noise and light block for bedroom door"

Very easy to install and makes a big difference with drafts and light, noise blocking on our bedroom door while my husband sleeps during the day since he works nights. Looks a lot nicer than the towel we were using before.

Works great. Material is little noisy against floor as opens and closes but it serves its purpose and blocks out light or anything else you purpose. We bought it for under my son’s door after the remodel the gap under the door was bothering him at night with light coming through. Make sure to measure your door before ordering but it has adjustable foam and straps so can adjust size. Seller was great, first product didn’t fit right, they were responsive and sent a replacement right away.

If you think you need one size, go up to the next. I needed a good size gap cover because I used to have carpet at a spot so there's a huge gap under my door. Had a old door thing like this but it was beginning to get jammed under the gap when I'd open the door. Got this and still needed to use the old styrofoam ones from that one and cut them to add to this one to get the gap covered right. Finally doesn't slide under the door gap but it's so noisy. It is what it is since I can't do much about that after trying the tape it comes with and even duct tape I put on. I can deal with the noise. Keeps out the noise, draft, and light. Works but get a bigger size than what you need and be prepared for some noise as it slides on the floor.

I like the ease and use and quality for the price of this. The closure definitely stops smell and air and the durability seems to be quality as I just leave it on my door all the time at my office. It also looks good and doesn't look like a piece of trash on the bottom of my door.

Cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for improving comfort and energy efficiency in your home. The installation is super simple also able to adjust to the right size if needed. While it’s not perfect for heavy-use doors, it’s a solid buy for anyone wanting to tackle drafts, noise, or light seepage.

The black color is sleek and unobtrusive, blending well with my door. The adjustable twin door sweep design is particularly useful, as it fits snugly under doors of various thicknesses.**Ease of Installation**: Setting up the draft stopper was a breeze. I used this to block a draft under an interior 26-inch door. There is a small gap under the door that changes the air currents in an adjacent room and makes it feel drafty. Correct that and the draft stops. So I had an old stopper very much like this but with a velour-like material. That material stretched out over time and became sloppy and made opening and closing the door difficult because it would bunch up in spots.I thought that this smoother material was going to be cheap and less effective, but it was one of the few options for narrower doors and was available for quick delivery. Tired of drafts, I ordered it.It worked like a dream. I cut the styrofoam inserts to fit 26 inches, and inserted them into the pockets of the material. Used the already-attached velcro strips to fold the excess material over the end and hook it to the velcro. This stops it from bunching up when you slide it under the door. The roughness of the velcro on this stopper also helps to keep it in place under the door. [You don't put any velcro on the door - it's already attached to the stopper to use for excess length - but because the velcro strips on the stopper are thick and textured, it keeps the stopper in place without sliding around.]Slid the stopper under the door and no more drafts. It holds in place and the smoother material on the floor-facing side of the stopper allows it to glide more easily over the transition from wood to carpet.I really didn't think it was going to work or be that good, but the drafts are gone, nothing drags when opening and closing the door, and we like it better than the others we've tried in the past.

Los materiales internos no me convencian a primera vista, pero poder cortar la espuma al tamaño adecuado lleva a que funcione muy bien

I had expected that the diameter of the foam should be at least one inch. A bit disappointing. It could be slid under the door quite easily.

I'm pretty happy with this product so far. It does work for noise cancellation, as I work from home and need a quiet space to work. My only issue is it does seem to slide off the door from time to time. The material is sort of silk like so it can slide under the door easily. However this also causes the door stopper to slowly slide off as you open and close your door several times. There is a strap on the end of it, but this just so you can pull it under your door from one end. It does have an easily adjustable size feature though. You have to pull the foam out, cut it, and then put it back in. Then re-size the material with the Velcro sizing straps. My only other issue would be that it looks a little cheap, as you can see the foam is exposed on the "door hinge end".
