Was a simple installation, just watch a video on YouTube and follow those instructions. You must disconnect more than you think because the bolts will no go in if you don't. The half shafts are in the way but it was a simple process. I took my time on both sides and it took me about 45 minutes... I'm a carpenter not a mechanic. Lifted the front of the truck exactly 2 inches.I thought it might settle but it's been almost 2 months and it's holding at 1 15/16... so, 2 inches.I'm happy with the results on a 2024 GMC Sierra X31 4WD.

It is possible to install without pulling apart everything. I jacked up the front, removed wheels, unbolted strut from lower control arm, installed one of the new bolts with nut only threaded a turn or two, used pry bar between spring and upper control arm and pried down to fit one side of spacer in and installed new bolt. This keeps strut in place, which is the hardest part of the job because it wants to tilt out toward the hub with both bolts removed while prying down. With spacer in one side you can remove bolt out of other side, pry down on spring and place other side under strut and put in second bolt. Took 20 minutes to install one side. However, I did have to install bolt under cv axle with the nut on top but there was no interference with the axle. Worked for me, good luck. 2018 Tahoe, looks much better and drives great. Drastically changed with little money, well worth it.

Perfect fit! Awesome product gave me the level I was looking for and way easier than taking the strut apart.

I bought a 19 Silverado. After looking at it for a week I knew it was time for some upgrades. I decided it was time to give my Silverado a little more stance and improve its ride. The front end had always sat lower than the rear, which was common on these trucks, and I was tired of the "nose-down" look. I’d heard about leveling kits that could fix this, so I decided to take the plunge and install one myself. It was fairly easy, but it does require you to disconnect you A-arm so you will need to have it realigned.

I installed this on my 2015 GMC 1500 and it leveled out nicely. Put some 33" tires on it, no rubbing at all (about a 1/4" from the plastic wheel well guard at full turn). The install took about 45-50 minutes. I would suggest a 1/2" battery impact gun, that made the install much smoother. The hardest part was getting enough space between the lower A-arm and the bottom of the shock. Looks nice, and rides nice. Make sure to get an alignment afterwards and let them know you installed a leveling kit. Some places can't do alignments on modified trucks I found out.
