Put it in your copper and you will immediately see it starting to work. It turned a green kettle back to its original luster like magic.

I have new Mauviel pans and have struggled finding copper cleaner that works easily. This does a great job on the outside copper areas.

Only copper cleaner that actually works. I don't even understand why every other copper cleaning product is not copying this formula, obviously it is the only one that properly works. I tried a bunch of copper cleaners all at once as some family members had accidentally tarnished our cooper pots (not the super expensive kind but still they were nice and looked lovely on the wall so we wanted to salvage them if possible). I thought the pots were ruined as several well-reviewed cleaners failed. Then we use this paste and it was pretty shocking how brilliant this paste is. Every tarnish came out!ProsTook out even old tarnishesMakes our copper pots look better than when we bought themComes with a applicator sponge that is stored inside the containerVery easy to apply, no tough scrubbingWorks immediatelySeems much less harsh/chemically than other copper cleaners we tried (including a hard-core bath chemical restorer than did nothing).Cons (so few)Pricey but totally worth it, you get a lot of polish, I doubt we'll have to buy any again soon.Possibly involves black magic, I'm highly suspicious of how a little of this paste can reverse damage and other cleaners can't. Doesn't that seem bizarre? If you are cooking with pots all the time you probably would just use bartenders friend for a quick clean and this periodically for maintaince. We mostly just display our and had bad tarnish so have not needed to reclean them yet.

I'm going to preface this review with I own a lot of copper cookware from antique to modern. That led to trying to find the best cleaner at a good price point. That said, I wasn't sure whether to give this two or three stars. It does do the job, but not as well as some less expensive polishes (e.g., Bar Keeper's Friend). You would think this would work really well given the price. I have to give it a low review since it is expensive for what you get and there are better alternatives at lower price points. Two stars would be for the price, which is way too high for what you get.I was really disappointed given that Mauviel cookware is excellent. Well, this is good too, but three to four times the price of other cleaners that work as well, if not better, than this. Try them yourself to see which works best for you.

We have 3 copper top tables that have never been polished. One fine eve, we decided to try removing the stains and oxidation and used the salt and lemon juice method as well as salt and white vinegar method. I have to say that the salt and lemon juice is very good as it lifts a lot of tarnish off but not evenly. Then my husband brought out a polishing cream (MAAS) which only left a black streaky mess. I couldn't wait to try Copperbrill and upon first application, the tarnish came off effortlessly! Now, you have to understand we're removing 9 years' worth of tarnish from these table tops so a lot of elbow grease went into it but less that if we had stuck with the natural method.I think the lemon juice and salt is for small surfaces or lighter tarnish. With Copperbrill, the tarnish came off immediately. We did have to go over it about 3 times per table but they all turned out incredible! One tip I would say is the moment you've wiped off the polish with a wet rag (rinse and repeat a few times), you must dry immediately with a dry soft cloth otherwise the wet streaks will stain the table nearly immediately!I can still see little bit of streaking but I think that's really another layer of tarnish and we can work on that in a couple of months' time - that's just me being OCD and perfectionist. Only dink about the product is the cost, costs $20 per tub more expensive than Wright's. And we finished the entire tub polishing 1 coffee table, 1 side table, and 1 credenza.I think I would adivse that if you have very heavily tarnished copper to use the salt and lemon juice method to initially lift the tarnish and then the polish for best results.

Just to start....if you are reading this or are looking for this type product for something like Revere® cooking utensils, or any othersuch as Mauviel, Calphalon, et. al. then please notice that this is a cleaning PASTE and not a simple cleaning 'cream.'The reason I selected the paste was one of convenience and that I could use less to do the same job as the cleaner.NOTE: There is a copper cleaner AND and a copper cleaner paste.Either way, I swear by and love them both.Keeps my Revere® pans looking new and conducting heat evenly.
