I was really concerned about buying a box spring based on pictures and text.Each box spring was sealed separately in plastic and delivered in individually sealed boxes. Very clean, no damage to the box or the box springs. Incredibly priced!! Worth every penny.I would recommend this item 1,000 percent..

I just received this product. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to discover ONLY 1 side of the Split was enclosed. I'll wait for my Husband to get home & have him double check. But, I don't need glasses to see that this is half of what is supposed to fit a QUEEN frame!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
