Bought this for my grandchildren since I had one when I was a kid. They loved it they beat each other to death and their parents got involved too and a lot of funny trash-talking. Brought back memories of the 60s

How hard is it to make a quality product? I played this game as a kid and wanted my grandsons to have the same experience of (1) a quality product and (2) the noise it made when you “knocked their block off”. I would have paid more for this for these experiences. The robots are not very steady on their cheaply made plastic platforms and the controls are not very functional. Sad the childhood Mattel products have gone to this.

I bought this for my son for Christmas & discovered when trying to set it up that it doesn't work the way it should. He was extremely disappointed.
