About this item

  • STRONG MAGNET: Magnet holds up to 6 pounds per linear foot on contact with flat, smooth ferrous steel, without a layer of material between the magnet and steel. Minimum recommended length for magnet is 2".
  • EASY TO USE: This magnetic roll can be used by people of all ages. Children can use it for school projects or adults can use it for personal or work projects. After measuring the length of strip that you need, all you have to do is cut the magnet with scissors. Hang up signs and notes in the house or office. Great for crafts, DIY projects, and school activities.
  • PRESSURE ACTIVATED ADHESIVE: Covered by a peel-off liner on the non-magnetic side. Adhesive is pressure-activated, permanent, acrylic type with initial tack and minimum of 24 hour setting time requirement.
  • MAKE ONE-SIDED MAGNETS: This magnetic roll has a magnetized back and has a small groove so you can identify the non-magnetic side. The magnet can withstand temperatures between -15° F and 160° F. This makes it perfect for indoor and outdoor use. Hang up signs on your refrigerator or lockers.
  • PRODUCT DIMENSIONS: Each flexible magnetic strip roll is 100 feet long and 1/2 inch wide. The tape is only 0.06 inch thick, which makes cutting the magnet easy without sacrificing durability or effectiveness. This allows you to make magnets the size that you need.

We have an Eufy Edge, but I imagine most vacuums that read boundaries are about the same.Pros: there’s a ton of it, it sticks to non porous surfaces well.Minor but expected con- it won’t stay attached to fabric, other strange surfaces. For the most part I ignored the sticky side and simply zip tied it in place and cut the tails.Attached are the three places I tried first- the chair is zip tied, the ottoman did not stick (again, somewhat expected) so I glued it, and the glass where the regular adhesive worked just fine. The dining room chairs we had to be a little creative, but that’s only because our vacuum is amazing at finding ways to get stuck under them.

The tape side isn't sticky enough and the magnetic side isn't very strong. I wouldn't purchase this item again based on my experience with it.

The magnetic strength isn't strong enough to stick to the side of my parked car. I didn't expect it to be able to handle staying to the car when it was moving, but I expected it to stay put all night in the driveway. In the morning some pieces had fallen off I guess due to a light wind.

Works as designed very well, but doesn't work with Neato vacuum robots for territorial demarcation. Leaves the expensive magnet rolls for the robot.

I purchased this to fix the door seal on my refrigerator since I could not find a replacement. The width of the tape was slightly larger than the door seal, but did not present any problems. The adhesive is fairly strong and has held up to moderate use for almost 3 months now.I also used some to make vent covers to close off the vents in the basement. The magnet strips are strong enough to keep the covers on.I have quite a bit leftover, so I use it to turn my kids projects into refrigerator magnets. Lots of fun.Key points:1. Adhesive seems to be adequate for light duty and craft applications2. Magent is strong enough for light duty applications3. Easy to cut with a regular pair of scissors

I was looking for tape that had some stick to it. I finally finished up my roll from the 90's and that stuff had some good adhesive, but then I ran out and had to buy more. The stuff at Hobby Lobby is a joke, Walmart's was a little better, but this stuff has some good adhesive so I will buy more when it runs out.

It's a great deal, when looking at how much you get for the price. It works well on light items, but don't expect it to hold anything heavier.

This was a great price for magnetic tape with these dimensions. I shopped around locally and online before making this purchase. Tape seems to be holding pretty well so far...time will tell how sticky it remains.
