Worked as advertised, direct fit between the air hose, and the Patriot series air brush. Great value. Slight air leak I've noticed, so Teflon tape might be needed

Despite the description this adapter does not fit all Aztec airbrush screwthreads so be careful when purchasing this check with other suppliers first

If you are looking to connect an iwata hose to a Timbertech Air compressor this is the 1/4" BSP Male to 1/8" BSP Female Fitting you are looking for. I didn't even need to use a thread sealer, it sealed fine without having to thread it with much effort.

When connecting to a standard made in the Canada/USA compressor not specifically designed for using with an airbrush, this is the fitting you need to connect your airbrush hose to that standard air compressor. It works perfectly and doesn't need wads of teflon tape to help it seal air tight. Worked like a charm!

I used this adapter for a completely different purpose than most:I wanted to add a 1/4" quick connect to my irrigation system to blow out lines with my air compressor for winter, but the valve installed only had 1/8" threads. This fixed that issue perfectly. I added a 1/4" ball valve between this adapter and the male quick connect to keep the system closed.Threads were the right size, but required an extra few wraps of Teflon tape (might have been due to my valve assembly).

Works great once I connected it properly. The adaptor attaches directly to the Badger airbrush then the Master air hose attaches to that and the mini compressor. Initially I used the Badger air hose, not the Master hose, and used the adapter at the compressor end. All seemed to fit properly but the Badger airbrush wouldn't spray. Once I put the adapter directly onto the badger airbrush and used the Master airhose, all worked beautifully. (I don't have much airbrush experience so that might have been a no brainer for someone else.) The badger air gun has a wider spray span than my Master airgun but it uses canned air which is very pricey and doesn't flow consistently. The 1/4" adaptor Badger recommends for connecting to a compressor was too large for my mini compressor. This adaptor was an inexpensive way to use either airbrush with the mini Master compressor I already have and avoid canned air.
