Compared to the old jet engine looking thing it’s small and powerful. To bring up the complaints When you first use it you have may have to click the switch twice to prime the fuel system. After it starts for the first time it smokes to burn off what ever keeps it from getting rusty as it made over there. It has a tip feature that shuts off the heater. Downside is it can only use kerosene, diesel will cause it to run poorly (smoke and stinky running). Using old kerosene next year if not stored properly aka not in the tank but in a seal can will cause issues. If it runs in dusty conditions or with the wrong fuel the eye will dust or smoke residue but all heaters even the other style has this issueTo fix take the back cover off and above the fan is a rubber tube with wires take off clean tiny solar panel with q tip reassemble easy peasy.I would recommend to people who need heat in a shop or construction site that has some ventilation

BLINKING RED LIGHT AND NO FIREBOUGHT THIS AND STORED IT for a year while out of country to use it when i returned.Straight out of the box fired oncenow only blinking light and no firemessage boards are full of instances of the same thing.TERRIBLE PRODUCT

When it gets really cold and you need it most it just doesn't work it keeps shutting off I've done all the maintenance did all the repairs it just never work do not buy and stay away

Used it once after receiving it. Did not run it long. Tried using it the next day and now it just flames up and goes out . Now my shop is full of smoke. Called customer support and they said to take the back off. They had me try several different things. Based off what it’s doing they tell me the photo cell is not working. They are sending me a new one. I will update.
