But I'm sticking with raid and bug md. It has a really strong odor I can't deal with. Raid does dissipate after about 5 minutes, this lingered for hours

I recently purchased this for use around my home and yard. While it is highly effective in controlling pests, I feel compelled to warn fellow pet owners about a significant safety concern that isn't clearly addressed on the packaging: Permethrin is extremely toxic to cats.Unlike dogs and horses, cats lack the necessary enzymes to safely process this chemical. Exposure to even small amounts of permethrin can be fatal. It is crucial to keep cats away from treated areas until you are absolutely certain the product has fully dried and any risk of reactivation by water (e.g., rain) is minimal.I strongly recommend that the manufacturer update the product labeling to include a clear warning about the dangers of permethrin to cats. We live near poultry houses so we are constantly fighting off flies. The flies are always on our vehicles and in our shale driveway. This Martin's Permethrin mixed in a spray bottle using a fine mist does wonders for killing the flies hovering in the driveway. This product does have a fairly strong odor to it but the odor is correct for Permethrin and the flies do not like it. This product does kill the flies quickly. I'll keep using it.

It works very well but need to re apply often. I put it in my sprayer and spray the yard when we want to use our outdoor space. It keeps the flys away and lessens the mosquitoes. I’ll keep buying it till something better comes along or it stops working

I've been using Permethrin for (1) My Dogs (2) Clothes to repel pests (3) Garage (4) Shop.... and for MUCH less than other pesticides. I mix the 10% this way... 1 oz of 10% Permethrin with 19 oz of distilled water (or tap water). I mix the 13.3% this way... 1 oz of 13.3% with 26 oz of distilled water. I use a ZEP spray bottle and keep it handy. For the dogs I put the sprayer on stream delivery, start on the head across the two ears then from the head to the tail along the back. One final little spray under the throat. The stream needs to get to the skin through the hair. It lasts about 12 days... no scratching, no fleas or ticks. I don't use pricey Frontline anymore. For the shop and premises I put the sprayer nozzle on spray or stream and then shoot the corners, door jams, any spiders I see get a spray and just go around the garage and shop spraying along the floor. Again it lasts about 12 days but for roaches it seems to last a month or more. A 32 ounce jug of Permethrin last me more than a year so under $1/month does the job.
