I love my pTouch label maker but the labels have gotten very hard to find. The MarkDomain labels fit perfectly and seem to be high quality. However, the 6-roll pack only came with one plastic guide and I can't figure out how to pull it apart to insert a new roll. That's why I ordered more rolls in the first place, assuming that I'd get one guide per roll. Please tell me the trick to pulling the black plastic guide apart and I'll update my rating. I reviewed your videos and online material but couldn't find this..

Re: MarkDomain DK-1204 Compatible Return Address Label with Brother QL-800 printerI assume that the label's optical positioning mark on the bottom side is incorrectly located and forces the printing to be skewed to the left side. There is nothing permanent that can be done by the user in the P-touch editor or by manipulating any hardware. See the attached photo for a comparison of the MarkDomain label versus another brand. The print quality and price are good. However, the persistent mislocation of the printing is a deal-breaker. Returned for refund.

These labels turned out to be better than anticipated, the plastic holder had small peice of plastic broken but I glued it back and it worked just fine. Great deal!

I use these labels every week for my small meal prep biz and i love them. However when I received my last order of ten rolls, there were only two rolls in the box. It could just be an honest mistake, which I understand happens at times. I do like the product and I will try again to order them.
