Interesting idea. I have to admit I ordered this more because I was curious about it than having a particular application in mind for how to use it. I have several Brother label printers that I use all the time and printing a label using this clear film was as easy as printing on paper. Now I just have to figure out what to use it for!

I dropped this into my Brother QL-820NWBc thermal printer and printed out a label 2 seconds later. No issues, no errors messages, installed easily.Visually, this looks like the frosted scotch tape and applies the same. That is, it has a faint, milky tint to it until it is applied to a surface, at which point it goes on clear. However, the film is much thicker and a bit stickier than scotch tape. While it's more than adequate for address labels, this does adhere very well to any smooth surface. The black color (of your design or text) looks black and crisp, not faint, gray or muddy.I have no idea how they make a clear roll that prints in a thermal printer, but they did and it works well. Again absolutely compatible with my Brother printer, sturdy enough for far more than address labels, and it prints great. It's good to see some third party options available. You get two rolls for this price, whereas the Brother brand equivalent is about $40 per roll.
