I needed a specific size for the location of this hasp. This one fit perfectly, was thick and strong, and does the job I needed it to do. I'm happy with this item. It was easy to install. It does not come with the screws to mount it.

fitted on my yacht with reinforcing plate on the inside to make using a jemmy difficult. The item seems well made - but the jury its out on standard of the SS - awe will see!

I opened the package and could tell immediately which country this was made in. If you hold one end and shake gently, the other end rattles around as if they were two links in a chain - NOT a well-built device to secure valuables. Also only the front looks as if it's weatherproof.
