una opción muy funcional y práctica para colocar debajo de la caminadora. Protege el piso de posibles daños y reduce el ruido durante el uso de la cinta de correr. this is a high quality mat, however, it is not good for treadmills with an incline. I purchased this mat to go under my Nordictrack treadmill that inclines to a 12. The mat is too soft for the wheel and the mat bunches up in the back of the treadmill every time I incline. Additionally after 6 months of use, the mat ripped at the front .If you have a no incline treadmill this mat will be fine, but for fitness equipment that moves, you will need a harder mat for the wheels to roll over smoothly.
