This item took a very long time to arrive, when it finally did, the case is all dirty and stained like it was a used item. There is a strong mildew smell. The ribbon is all dried up. I am very disappointed since it’s for my grandson

Nothing on this typewriter works. Let strike, but don’t advance; spacebar doesn’t work; setting the margins doesn’t work; virtually nothing on it works.
