Happy with the pole extension system and its stability, along with the saw length and sharpness. each extension screws into teh other and locks in with a push button. Bag is very handy instead of a carboard box that comes with some.

The saw broke off after only 2 uses. The saw head is attached to the threaded portion (which connects to the 1st extension pole). Unfortunately, the threaded portion is attached to the saw blade attachment with a solid plastic piece. The plastic piece is what broke (inside the threaded portion), making the saw completely useless. Have returned the unit. Buyer beware.

The Tree Trimmer arrived on time and well packaged. The quality seems to be very good. I selected this trimmer because the design of the extensions put one inside the other for a stronger union than just a male to female screw connection. This design made reaching high limbs easy and safe. I feel like it was a good value for the price

Great concept and impressive reach, however the most critical parts (neck of the saw) are connected with flimsy rivets and cheap plastic. These critical parts are expected to hold up to the immense forces of cutting 8” branches with a 3-story saw. The heads of the rivets sheared off after second use.

Provides a long reach. Push buttons snap and unsnap sections. When I learned how to continue cutting in the same spot triming was easy. Case keeps everything organized.

Overall poles and blades are high quality and lasted for full 30 mins, as the blades are connected to the poles with cheap plastic, which can't take the pressure needed to cut a tree branch. I wish instead of that plastic, it was metal. It has amazing reach and quality otherwise.
