This product will release polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane foam, epoxy resin, polyester resins, platinum silicones, rubber and thermoplastic polymers. Ease Release 200 is effective on aluminum, chrome, platinum silicone, epoxy, rubber and steel molds. Ease Release 200 is easy to apply, fast-drying and effective over a broad temperature range from 70°F to 500°F.

I am making two part silicone molds. To be sure, silicone does not stick to anything, except to itself. To make sure that you can seperate the two halves of the mold you first apply mold release. I read things like Isopropanol and dish soap... this is total nonsense. Also vaseline does not work... I learned this the hard way. Then, most mold release simply do not work "good enough". Use the MANN mold release and you can separate the halves with your little finger, with zero damage to the part inside.The mold release will not leave ANY marks on your part. My second choice of mold release will leave debris behind... it becomes like powder... when you apply it with your finger.Here a few tips:Before you apply mold release, first remove the lint and dust. This is done in hot water with dish soap. Do NOT use paper towels or cloth to dry the mold... this leaves lint behind. Instead use a hair dryer.Do not bother to spray, you will miss a corner or two and your mold is ruined. Less is more !!! just spray a bit into your mold and rub it with your finger into every little corner. Use a magnifying glass... if it does not "shine" it does not have mold release on it. Applying the mold release properly is the most underrated task. Do not rush this... you will regret it. Do NOT apply too much, if you can see your fingerprints, wipe some off. Also the mold release seem to accumulate in corners. Use a blunt tool to scrape it out of the corner.Do NOT use tissue paper or Q-tips or a brush to apply mold release, they will leave lint behind. Best is your fingers, assuming they are clean.I tried 5 different mold release brands and none of them works as well as this one

Needed a release agent for some steel based epoxy in a rifle chassis build. Did a lot of research and found this product was "highly" recommended. It has exceeded my expectations!

I used this to release glass bedding compound from a Mosin Nagant rifle with the action still within the stock that was left like this fused together for over a year.It not only performed what it says it does, but it did so very fast, and did not damage the wood or the blued metal.If you encounter a situation like this rest assured this product will be your resolution.
