The product is good but the file folders had some damage because they were shipped in a soft brown paper package which was delivered by the USPS who bent/folded the package to fit it in the mailbox. This could have been avoided if cardboard had been inserted into the package. The folders are still usable but will not stand in the file cabinet drawer properly because I can't straighten them out well.

Love these file pockets. Having three enclosed sides makes filing easier. Documents are kept neat and orderly plus. Ive been using these for years. If you have a thicker amount of documents, then I would suggest the expandable file pocket.
