I wanted geographic directions to be in large font. Also direction it shows is not 100 % accurate.

The red line is not where it belongs and cannot be moved without breaking it. Haven't returned because I think they are all this way. Poor quality control.Pretty much disappointed.

The compass is accurate in the open air, i.e., outside the vehicle and AWAY from the vehicle (or maybe any other metal areas). Inside one of my vehicles the compass always points North; in the other it always points South ---- go figure! Therefore, it is useless for its intended purpose. If you want this for use in the field or any other open area, it seems to work just fine.

It does not work no matter where you put it in your car. If you are going west it says you are going south. Save your money and do not purchase it,

Still deciding where to put this gadget. My latest idea was to attach it to the glass on the windshield but changes in temperature may affect the way it adheres to the surface. Time will tell. It's a fun little gadget that is helping us decipher which direction we are going and if it helps when the gps says : "Go East. on ___."
