The color is true to the picture but it's kinda thin. It's also not too tighly woven so it can come out. I used this to replace my hoodie strings and it looks pretty cheap. I get it, I get it, but for those trying to change out something like that. You'll lose some of the quality. It's not heavy enough to lay perfect either, maybe if I get those metal clamp things. Anyway, it's fine and cheap.

This is great stuff, but I do wish I'd bought thicker. I wanted overkill and this isn't overkill. But still a great normal thickness.

This drawstring is durable, properly sized for most applications and there is plenty of it. We needed to replace some draw strings in hoodies as well as pajama bottoms and this was the best option, after having orders a few that ended up being inadequate.Cost effective, properly sized and strong.Recommended

This durable cord was amazing to replace the thin/silky ribbons that came as the fasteners for my renaissance corsets. The thickness was perfect for tying and still allows for easy threading through the eyelets. You can get 2-3 (maybe 4) lengths of corset string out of this, depending on the circumference needed for the corset. HIGHLY recommended

I needed to replace some drawstrings on some linen pants and because I didn't sew the pants, I didn't have extra fabric to make drawstrings. This roll of drawstring has made several drawstrings for a few pairs of pants. Plus, I'm planning on dyeing a couple pairs of these pants and this drawstring says it's all cotton so it should take the dye as well (we'll see; if not, I'll update). Because the drawstring is woven of multiple strands, it will unravel at the cut ends; I tied knots at the ends and they are holding just fine. If I were sewing a number of items in the same color, I would buy this drawstring in a matching color. That's a nice option.The drawstring is about as stiff as a cotton shoelace, and it ties well. Because I didn't have to throw out the pants whose drawstrings died, I consider this product to be a win. 20 yards for one low price is a good deal.

Me and my uncle Buck been taking belly dancing lessons from the fancy lady on the other side of the trailer park. I’m getting perty good at jiggling my belly but my booty shorts kept sliding down. I tied this here string around them and there staying up real good now.

I own a lot of lounging pjs and pull-on pants with tie drawstrings b/c of age and mobility issues. Strong material and easy to use and many different colors to choose from

The rope is fine and I already made a drawstring bag. I thought it was going to be a sizable spool. It looks more like a spool of thread. It works fine. I think I’ll be ordering more soon. Word to the wise : watch your lengths, sizes, etc. Don’t rush looking at the picture.
