I used this kit to make Roman shades for the sides of a pergola from shade cloth, which measured 6' x 10'. I sewed the rings to the shade cloth with waxed heavy thread, and the cord from this kit for the drawcords, a total of 5 on each shade. The shades have been in use for several months now and all is working well. The cord gets between 6 and 12 hours of full sun daily, and is holding up very well. I am very happy with this kit.

Obviously, this isn’t a high tech product. It gets 5 stars from me because it is exactly as pictured and it worked well for my application (roman shades upcycled from inexpensive Target curtains).

I am in the process of making half a dozen long, hobbled Roman shades. I ordered two of these sets, and I'm very pleased with them. The cord is exactly the same cord that you find on commercial Roman shades. The clear rings attached easily, and the tape is easy to use. I have a wall of windows that requires three Roman shades, and I'll come back and add pictures when I have all three completed. Meanwhile, I think I need to order another set!

Some of the pieces are not a closed circle therefore could not be used. The twine is a bit thick but will make it work. It looks fine other than that.

tañano de anillas correcto para el tamaño de la cuerda. Se puede poner cuerda + gruesa de has unos 5 mm
