Bonded Nylon Thread for Sewing Leather Jeans Weaving Cotton Suede Vinyl Canvas Quilting Tatting
Bonded Nylon Thread for Sewing Leather Jeans Weaving Cotton Suede Vinyl Canvas Quilting Tatting

Did your car upholstery thread break on a high-speed sewing machine? Does your hair extension thread lose color? The heavy weight nylon thread coated with a bonding agent reduces friction, resists needle heat and fraying, prevents breakage, and yields tight stitches. Stiffer than cotton thick thread or bonded poly thread, the tough high strength thread is unbreakable with bare hands. The heavy duty uv thread will not shrink and is resistant to sunlight, temperature, moisture, and oil and super hardy for indoor and outdoor heavy-duty stitching. Compatible with 16/100/ or 18/110 needles, the weave thread sews through easily without linting. With a long packing length included in each set, the spools of ultra strong nylon thread will last through several projects.

For gathering, hemming, cross stitch, and embroidery, the military grade thread is the essential machine thread for sewing leather, ruffle, cashmere, and vinyl and denim thread for sewing pants, coats, and suits. The extra strong upholstery string excels in repairing chairs, boat and car seats, mattresses, cushions, and couches. Sustaining salt or fresh water, the marine grade sewing thread provides sturdy stitching to inflatable water sports gear, swimsuits, and pool covers. The colored outdoor sewing thread is excellent for repairing sporting goods, tarps, canopies, automotive & convertible soft tops, horse blankets, hot tub covers, trampolines, hammocks, grill covers, umbrellas, banners, and flags. For drapery, curtains, screen covers, shades, gun holsters, horse saddles, knife sheaths, and guitar straps, the nylon bonded thread provides reliable binding. The universal sew in thread is also handy to reinforce buttons, handbags, purses, backpacks, wallets, suitcases, luggage, jacket, zippers, dolls, vests, belts, patches, appliques, garment, hats, or dog clothes or toys. The nylon strong thread also serves as great hair nylon extensions thread and wig braided nylon thread for hair weaving or hair extension nylon thread. The applications of the super strong thread cones are so versatile that it is also used for binding books, flying kites, crafting pine needle baskets, fishing lures and key fobs, or warping bead looms.

Wonderful thread. I haven’t sewn with it yet but I have wound it off and felt it.

I had a little steering-wheel stitch project. This thread worked flawlessly and it seems to be very strong. I'll have this thread for the rest of my life now, haha!

The color matches good but the thread unravels and breaks easily.I would not purchase again.

At first my machine did not accept the thread. But once I changed the tension settings correctly, the thread worked beautifully. Now this thread is not for every home machine. It will work with the Juki TL-2000 mechanical machine. For your own home machine, unless you have an industrial model, check your manual first to see if your machine will accept this heavy weight thread, which is really designed more for industrial machines. I could not get this thread to work on the Juki HZL DX5 electronic sewing machine.

I used this thread to hand sew patches on boat and ATV covers and so far it has worked out great. It is synthetic so should hold up well in sunlight and color is close to what i expected and matches my patch material. Only complaint I have is can only get the big spool and no smaller spool that would meet my needs was available. Will have thread for more patches than I will ever sew.

The thread did break on me once or twice, but then I was using it on a very heavy Dacron sail, so that may have played a part. I just needed something to sew the bottom of my batten pockets so the battens wouldn’t fall through. I used cheap, dirty stitches, but it seems to be doing the job. Time will tell if it holds up to the sun.

Bought two rolls of thread, one white the other black. As soon as I peeled the wrapper off the entire spool slumped(both spools). It is far too loosely wound and will not unspool without help. You can't sew with a machine because it keeps knotting.Hopefully I can return it.D
