I carry a Old Town PDL106 and a 120 on this and it works great. Good quality, easy assembly.

Easy to put together especially with an impact driver and a open end wrench. Clear instructions with parts packaged in groups for easier assembly. I was able to work it through by my self, inclusive of flipping over the frame with wheels attached. Yes, I even had the wheels spin balanced before putting them on.Great handling trailer with two 12 foot kayaks on board.

I found out that it’s a little difficult to put together for one person. But the end results have been worth it. The directions to assemble were very detailed and finding the right parts at the correct assembly point were pretty easy. The quality of the trailer is very good. All the pieces went together better than I expected. I also like the fact that it came with everything needed. Including spare tire and wheel, safety chains, hitch, etc. I like it!

I am a woman in my 50s, I assemble the few furniture things that I buy. I assembled this by myself, with help with the torque wrench. Great instructions!!! Anyone can assemble this trailer and so far I love it. I bought it because I don't think I can get my fishing kayak on the top of my SUV.

I purchased this kayak trailer to carry my wife's 14' Hobie Mirage Compass Duo and my 14' Hobie Pro Angler 14 and it was exactly what we needed to make transporting easier.Experience: The trailer is shipped in seven boxes and did not arrive all at the same time; four boxes on a Saturday and three boxes on a Monday. The final three boxes contained the bunks and hardware, but one of the boxes had come completely open during transit. I did not realize at first that there was supposed to be two bags of hardware and four straps for each set of bunks until I was assembling the bunks and noticed there were two sets of identical instructions for bunk assembly... more on that in a moment. First day of assembly I was missing two lug nuts and eight smaller nuts which I was willing to get from the local hardware store rather than requesting replacement parts from the company. However, after not having the hardware I needed for the second bunk set and a planned lake trip set for the end of the week, I reached out to Malone about all of the missing parts and let them know about my looming deadline and that my plans were at risk of being canceled. Malone wrote me back right away and confirmed my address (keep in mind I bought this through a third party, Outdoor Play, on Amazon.) Malone recognized and stated in their response email that they did not want my lake trip to be ruined and they would ship my missing parts out right away- the same day! I received the missing parts the following day which gave me enough time to finish the trailer assembly. The lake trip was awesome! Malone's customer service is impeccable and I was very grateful for their quick response.Product: The steel framing, lights, and tires are high quality. I could tell while I was assembling the product that it was well made and I was very happy with the product that it would last me a long time. My only complaint, and this is a common one with these types of products, is the hardware. If I had any advice to pass on to Malone it would be to put galvanized, machine grade hardware with their trailers. If a company just mentions in their description something along the lines of "...we could have skimped on the hardware and passed on the savings to you, but our kayak trailers cost an additional $100 in order to provide you with the best hardware..." I would appreciate that honesty from any company. The nuts, bolts, and washers were not bad- they were acceptable, but the screws that come with the bunks are the type of Chinesium that begin to strip out as soon as you start screwing them in, so you have one- maybe two shots to get them in straight. Everything else on this trailer is perfection.Extremely happy with the product and even more thrilled with the customer service provided by Malone during the process. Five Stars are well earned.

Very easy to assemble took little over two hours. Assembly sheets very clear and easy to read. Malone obviously gave great thought into producing this trailer.
