Didn't take too long to assemble just over 1.5 hrsHave to measure the hull ridges to get the proper fit. And final tightening of bunks after the boat/jet ski in position. Brakes work well and easy to strap to trailer when transferring. You-tube a good source. This was the cheapest model for what I needed it for. Rolling around on cement good enough.

This worked perfectly for our jet ski to store it off the trailer and work out it for repairs. Way to move with one person. Heavy duty but lightweight.

First off, product would not be easy to assemble if you are not able to build something without instructions. Provided instructions were no help and did not tell you which screw to use. Second, the stand bent the second I put my ski on it. Almost dropped a $20k ski. Thankfully got it back on trailer before it bending to the point of doing so. Reached out to seller and have yet to hear a response. I really hate to leave a bad review and rarely do, but with no response from the seller I unfortunately feel I have no option.

Very fast shipping & delivery via UPS before the promised date! Dolly seems very study although my PWC only weighs 450 lbs., it should easily handle much more weight. Precisely laser cut metal parts (although one hole wasn't cut all the way through) means that the parts fit together well. High quality lock nuts & bolts withstood a lot of torque, making a sturdy assembly that should not loosen over time. Poor installation instructions with two faintly copied assembly diagrams - the easy installation picture on Amazon website was more helpful. Take some time to figure out how to properly assemble, and you should be very pleased with the result. Five star product with rating reduced by one star for poor assembly instructions and black end caps for the bars that won't work without modification. There are interference points inside the bars that prevent inserting the end caps without some trimming, but the dolly works fine without them so I left them off. Great value for the money!

Bunks are rectangle tube, covered in carpet fabric. When I transfered my PWC to this dolly, I did so in a manor that slightly deformed the bunk. Not a mfg. issue though. That's on me. I only mention this so that users might consider strengthening the supplied bunk by inserting a cut and shaped lumber board (from a 2x4).

I read almost all the reviews before made the purchase. I know very well what I should expect. First thing I did after unpacking was to replace those metal runner with wood. The manual included are very instructive, not like people said last year. They must have improved on that. The step-by-step instruction is very clear. All the hardware are include (no missing parts), but don't expect extra as well. Now the cons specific to my assembly:1) I have some over-welding, which prevent connecting plate from binding tightly with the structure beam. I have to use a grinder to remove the over welding and make it work.2) One caster will stuck in certain degree, even after wd40 lubrication, I can still hear grinding inside the caster. At least one bearing ball is deformed.I quickly contacted the seller, who offer partial refund for me to purchase from other source since they don't bear extra parts. I refused because as I assembly I noticed that the caster plate bolt hole is not round but with some modification to accommodate higher tolerance. I don't want to spend the extra time to modify another caster on top of the wood runner I already made.Overall the customer service is quick to response and trying to help, appreciate that.

Great price, great quality and simple assembly. I purchased this PWC cart for my Kawasaki 800SXR and it works perfectly! The only complaint that I have is with the exploded assembly drawing. I received four flat plates with tapped holes and I had no idea where they went. When I was getting close to finishing assembling the cart I realized I was short 8 nylon lock nuts. I assembled the lower half using the 8 nylon lock nuts when I was supposed to use the nut plates, the assembly draing showed the nuts not the nut plates. Not a big deal, I went to a local hardware store and purchased the nylon lock nuts which by the way are metrick M10x1.50. This was a great buy!

I build a wooden one using pretty close to what an Youtube member built (3ftDeep). I also assembled this cart. I have only a few tools for building the wooden one so had Lowe's cut the wood all but the 4x4. The reason I bring this up is that my material costs were 150 bucks and that is without casters to do this and it took 2 days to do it because I study then act (being an engineer we do that (read directions also)). The metal cart was about 1 1/2 hours with a few mistakes but if you look at the diagram it is pretty easy to assemble. I question so of the hardware provided not the quality but the redundancy of lock washers and fiber nuts, only need one.The casters on this cart are huge well up to the task of carrying 1000 pounds that is a plus. The only thing I need to do is to go get a brace or bracket to support the fact that I had to extend the bunks as this cart bunk is not wide enough without doing that. The bracket provided would be fine for a lighter load but both of my jet skis are over 900 pounds and the brace is needed to support the vertical load.Other than these minor issues the cart is a good bargain. I base that on the fact I have about 16 hours of building the jet ski cart out of wood and cost more without casters. The wood cart is much more robust but not worth the effort when this cart does the same job. I do plan to remove the existing bunks and replace them with more robust bunk hangers and pressure treated 2x4 5 ft long.

I had no issue with assembly, but I did read a number of reviews that showed a few tips. I'm also pretty mechanical. Unit is pretty sturdy. I had even jacked up one end to drain bilge after a wash out. Slipped off the jack & landed hard with NOT hurting anything. I may go back & either add spacers inside tube/bolt areas to keep tube from crushing and or spot weld the seams if I start to see problems. For the price. A good value. Also, no issues with wheel locks, but I may use with locks. Both work fine to stop movement & stop wheel from spinning around.
