Rather pricey but hard to find. I bought the marine version instead of the auto version because that's what was on the car already and because I liked blue for Ford.

Unfortunately I had bought this as a back up last year and did not need it until now. This cap looked good in its box, and had the correct color to which I was used to seeing. Its fit was loose on top of the distributor and the hold down clips had too much play in them to secure it in place. I have always purchased original Mallory products and this was the first time I have had a problem with them. I was in a position of need and had to go to a local marine store and purchased a Sierra brand cap cross referenced to this part number. The Sierra cap fit like a charm and I was back on the water as soon as it was installed.

Original ad on Amazon showed red and did not mention Marine. Box indicated Marine but seems to be no different (hopefully more waterproof). Working great on my 454 Vet so far. No comments yet from others on it being blue.
