I'd been looking at the name brand that "matches" my hammock maker and they were nearly twice the price. I bought these instead, based on reviews, and am very pleased. They are strong, well made, and extra long, allowing them to wrap around large trees and still have plenty of length (or wrap twice if trees are smaller). Definitely recommend.

It’s longest to wrap around trees with big trunk. It’s toughest too as there stretch with loads. I have use it to drag along a half ton load of metals, no trouble indeeed!
Great straps! Very sturdy and easy to use

I was a little nervous about these hammock straps, but that are perfect! I use my hammock several times a day, it swings and sways, and these straps are absolutely secure. I have raised the hammock higher now because I know I am absolutely safe in them, and they don't damage the trees at all. Very easy to install, and a great product at an excellent price!

I’m a pretty intense hammock user and I know my way around the hammock brands. However when I came across MalloMe, I wasn’t sure why I’ve Never heard of them before. It turns out this isn’t a very old business and it is FAMILY OWNED. That’s huge for a family business to take off like this and I always like supporting and seeing a thriving (small) business. Anyway down to the review. I received my hammock and straps 2 days after I purchased them thanks to amazon prime and was very pleased when I opened the box to nice packaging and a nice little “how to” card. I’m not sure why a brand this big wouldn’t include some MalloMe stickers but like yeti and GoPro and eno and any other big brand for products. But it’s whatever. I hung my straps and hammock right when I received them and was happy to say it was a huge hammock. Bigger than my eno Doublenest. I already knew it would be because I did research but it was still exciting to have a big hammock. I’m about 6 feet long and it fit me perfectly. Anyway I was swinging in the hammock and everything and the straps held up to their standards. I did have a problem later on with the hammock itself but the customer support was amazingly good and it was fixed within 3 days.If I were to recommend a brand, it would be eno. But if I were to put the top brands in order from best to worst, MalloMe would be right under eno. I love it. Here is my comparison to enos Doublenest hammock and MalloMes extra large hammock.Similarities• Both could easily fit three maybe four people in them• Both are made with triple stitching on both the hammock and the straps• Both come in different color hammocks• Both have attached storage bags on the hammocks• Both come with carabiners when buying the hammock. While MalloMe also includes extra carabiners in the strap package. Eno doesn’t include extra in theirs strap bag (oops that’s not a similarity)• Both are rated to hold at least 2 peopleDifferences• Eno is softer material and has slightly better quality in their stitching and carabiners• Eno Doublenest is rated for 400 pounds while MalloMe holds 1000 (I wouldn’t test 4-6 people in it though 😂)• Eno includes top quality wire hook carabiners while MalloMe has lower quality hooks that still work• MalloMe has 10/10 customer service and will win you over instantly while eno has a larger customer base and can’t cater to everyone• Eno has more colors and more attatchment options such as the under hammock storage, the insect safe guard, and the rain tarp while MalloMe has the necessities like straps and hammocks and the rain guard.• MalloMe straps are longer and have more attatchnent options than eno does and it provides you with more possibilities (ex: thicc trees, or farther distances, or even stronger support if you wrap the slack around the tree and attach the hammock to one of the end loops)Overall this review is way too long but I wanted to give my full experience with MalloMe and suggest that you look no further than this review. Buy one! HECK, Buy 2 or 3! You won’t be disappointed.*pictures to come soon*

Straps worked outstanding. I used them for my Lawson Blue ridge. They went up quick and painless, no issues with stitching. I was really worried that with so many different adjustment loops for hanging that there would be issues but I have not had any thus far. Quality material, triple stitched. The one area that I am thinking of making an improvement is in the carabiner. They are a little small and just for my own ease of mind I may swap them out with something a little more robust. I probably don't have to, but my military side is kicking in and has me thinking about it. They roll up nice and small with a carry case that packs down easily. I would offer another bit of advice, they come with rubber bands to hold the roll together once you pack them up. The bands are cheap, just a regular rubber band. Have extras just in case they break or you lose one. Most who are buying these straps will usually have something for the job anyways like a 550 chord but just in case pack extra bands. I would definitely buy this again!

I received: 2 heavy duty hammock straps. 2 carabiners (the screw variety, not the 'clip' variety), and a little carry bag that easily fits them all together.Key features of hammock straps. Sturdiness, ease of use, weight, appearance.Sturdiness: these are some heavy duty straps. They feel so substantial - the strap material and stitching inspire confidence. They straps did not stretch at all. They hold the ends of the hammock firmly where you want it to be - don't have to worrry about sag. (Note - i didn't use the carabiners b/c my hammock came with them, but they had some heft and I would not have hesitated to use them.)Ease of use: Each strap has a loop at one end, and a series of loops at the other end. You wrap the strap around a tree, and put the many loops through the individual loop. Attach the carabiner to your hammock, and then attach it to whichever loop gives to the right distance from the tree. the stitching between the loops is multiple rows of strong stitching, so each loop can be an anchor - easy-peasy adjustability. (The trees I used were a little bit close together - i just looped the whole strap around one of the trees a couple of times for extra adjustability. But the length of these straps, the fact that they do not stretch or sag, and the number of places you can attach the hammock, means that you are unlikely to have a set of trees these won't work on. Once attached around the trees, the straps did not move, despite many getting in and out of the hammock, and with up to 275 pounds in the hammock. Taking it down was just as quick and easy. Just detach the hammock, pull the strap back through the loop, roll it up and stow it in your handy carry bag.Weight: If I were backpacking, and measuring every ounce, i think I'd still feel these were worth it (though I might opt for a shorter version if available and give up a little of the flexibility/adjustability to have them be less heavy. But generally, we are 'car campers' so weight is not a big factor for us - and i love that they are heavy enough to not stretch and feel very secure.Appearance: These look pretty nice - dark black, with bright white stitching. We've only used them for one weekend though, with no rain, so I'm not sure how they would look if they got wet. Also, I'm not really sure what you're supposed to do with all the extra loops that hang down if you don't need them. I guess I could have gotten more creative and rolled the up some fancy way, or twisted them back around themselves so they wouldn't hang down.In summary. I am very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend these if you want a secure, flexible, easy-to-use way to mount your hammock on the go.
