The swing is hanging from a branch in our back yard. They attached pretty easy and I can hang from just one without any signs of weakness. I don't see the carabineers holding 2,000 lbs like the description says, but it doesn't need to hold that much static weight. The belts and the stitching are well done. No fraying or loose strings. They should hold just fine even for adults. Hopefully they stand up to UV well so we'll see over the summer how they do. They've done well in the cold so far though.

Excellent for hanging the hammock. Nice broad straps with sturdy carabiner clips and hardware. Reinforced cross hatch stitching secures the overlaps at ends. Packaging states “3000 lbs” so I’m confident we’ll be nowhere near testing the limit.

These are great hammock/swing straps for a tree or deck! The quality is nice and the adjustable feature is a definite perk. I honestly have no complaints as for quality! The only thing that is hard for me to swallow is the price. $20 for 2 basic straps feels a little steep when you can get the same/similar products for less. While these are great quality, I would probably go a less expensive route in the future when getting basic tree straps.

I got a beautiful tree swing but the straps included were way too short to go around the tree branch so we had to get creative how we hung it. Unfortunately that meant using the rope for some of the missing length, which also meant the rope is around half the branch. We were concerned that would eventually cause the rope to fray so we knew we needed a better solution eventually. Then I saw these straps which are much longer than the ones we had with the tree swing kit. Perfect. They are long enough for a good, thick branch and now our rope isn't rubbing on the tree bark.

I like that these straps are wide enough that they don't do a lot of damage to the tree limb. The straps are well made and are strong and should last for a long time.

The nylon strap is wide and very strong, and the stitching around the D-ring appears to be very sturdy. I had no problems wrapping the strap around a beam in our pavilion to hang a hammock chair. The buckle is pretty easy to use and seems to hold its place well.I had a bit of difficulty with one of the included clips. It has a screw sheath that got stuck about halfway through screwing it securely, and I had to get pliers to be able to twist it loose. Additionally, the screw-threading doesn't continue onto the receiver-side of the clip, so you're really only preventing the spring-clip from accidentally pushing open; you're not closing the link to make it as sturdy as a chain link. Honestly I'll probably replace this with a real quick-link or a sturdy swivel link when I get a moment. This was not quite enough to ding it a star on the rating, because the clip itself still seems pretty strong. But because I was hanging a single seat that could reasonably need to hold a large adult plopping down or swinging in the sling chair, I want something a bit sturdier.
