Looking at the product on Amazon it looked cooler than what it did when we got it. Quality isn’t that great and the plastic rod broke after having it a couple of days. Also, the center red ball looks cheap.

At first it thought it was too cheap, but I used red nail foil and put it on the ball. Then wrapped red ribbon around the stem and it was perfect. The claw is exceptionally nice looking, looks like cast metal, and I'm now going to find a better gnarled wood staff to attach it to next time.

I thought this was a cane or staff but its much smaller than that. It still worked for the costume but I should have read more I suppose. It is weak plastic including the ball but it worked for our prop.

Think hollow light plastic. Decent for kids who arents rough with toys. The middle where it fits together tends to bend. Dont let them play with it before attending the event its for basically.

It is short, good size for a kid. BUT if you want to use it for an adult costume, just buy 2 staffs.. the twist on super easy to each piece so you can add additional pieces to one staff to make it taller. That's what I did so I showed pictures on one set vs adding pieces from the second set

When this first arrived I left a 3 star review complaining that it was very cheap looking. I've come back a couple of months later to change it to 5 stars because after being very well loved by a not particularly gentle six year old, it is still in tact. Clearly it is better quality than I assumed! The red ball can also be popped in and out, and has managed to survive this process several times without getting and cracks or dents. I was wrong about the quality, this is a great little item ^^Old review read:"I would be happy with this if I'd paid around $5-$10, but given the price I was surprised by how small and poor quality it is. It did ship quickly and arrive before the expected date, so my thanks for that."

The product is a joke. The actual item and packaging looks like it’s something you would find at a dollar store. It’s only worth that amount as well. It’s made from very cheap, thin, flimsy plastic. It’s also very, very short and should be advertised for a child. There’s no way this is tall enough for an adult. Overall, I am very disappointed in my purchase. I would recommend not wasting your money and purchasing something different.

Its not that big but it works with my outfit i wish it was a little bigger and sturdier… but the design is on point … im 5’3 and i cant put it on the floor without bending

I bought this as a an addition to my Halloween costume, I knew I would have to work on it to get what I wanted but this alone is really nice. Fairly cheap plastic toy but thats what I needed. The plastic ball had a small hole that I made bigger and added some red LED fairy lights. It makes it look really cool. Recommended
