Wanted to give this a chance since it was advertised as metal instead of plastic. The plastic ones rarely last and look horrible. This cane is a thin metal. It easily assembles. It's not able to hold any considerable weight, but it also won't bend or buckle at the slightest bump. The snake head looks cool from a distance but lacks detail close up. Regardless, this staff is worlds better than its plastic equivalent. I would definitely recommend this

I got this to use as a prop for photography. It looks really good. I wish it were just a couple inches longer but overall satisfied with the look.

This arrived quickly and was easy to assemble - just takes a little screwing together. It is actually better quality than I was anticipating based on the price, so that was great! This isn't meant to truly lean on, as it is a costume/prop piece, but it was sturdier than expected. Great for any costume that would require a snake head can, or just for a collector piece or kitschy room decor. Good price and definitely a conversation piece!

The entire cane is made out of thin pressed metal with a rubber cap on the base. It is honestly rather solid build for the price. It comes in four pieces that screw together and can be unscrewed down to ~1 ft each for storage The golden color top really shines.

This is a nice representation of a Asp headed snake cane. Comes with 4 parts - the head, in a golden plastic, and 3 metal sections made of thin metal, one being capped with a rubber or plastic stopper.Assembly is easy, just screw together. Looks like the screw thread is the same pitch as the common broom handle. While the cane is attractive enough, the feel of the plastic is not really strong.The plastic flexes under medium hand strength and I think it is likely to crack and shatter under a moderate load of stress. I don't usually like having items that are only decorative, and this unfortunately is one of them.This is what it says it is, and no more. I cannot trust to use it as actual cane, so I rate it a 3 and it will be a wall hanger instead of a practical cane.
